This affordable 4 wheel scooter is design for convenience and comfortability in mind. It was great and wish I had it earlier. Very happy with my decision to purchase this scooter, can truly make a meaningful deference in live for me. Controls are very easy to handle and monitorability is a snap. Had a little issue and the customer service agent Raquel Borja was very professional and with only a email sent to her was able to provide necessary steps to fix it on a fly. Super satisfied with the equipment and the assistance available if needed. Since is sunny in Florida I bought a adjustable beach umbrella XL with universal clamp and for the rain a mobility scooter rain cover waterproof. Highly recommend this product and customer service if needed. KUDOS

When I received the scooter it was easy to put together and ran beautifully. The battery died so I hooked up the charger and it did not charge. I contacted the manufacturer. We emailed each other trying to solve the problem. They offered to pay for a repair shop to fix it. They sent me a charger free of charge to see if it fixed the scooter. Nope. My problem being a 74 year old widow was getting the scooter to a repair shop. The scooter weighs 98 lbs. I contacted Amazon and they stood behind me 100% with whatever I wanted to do. I decided to return the scooter. When they received the scooter they refunded my money the next day. Excellent !

Great scooter purchase. The owner is not able to walk more than a block one way. The scooter provides the freedom and mobility every one wants. It comes apart so you can take it on day trips. Charges easily, front and back baskets, the mirrors are a big plus.

I am very happy with my scooter ! I had a lil trouble shooting to do , with the help of Max. He was professional assertive, and very helpful with my situation. To be honest it was all operator error ! I. definitely recommend this scooter. Costume service definitely kicks ass !!!

The media could not be loaded. This scooter is great. Easy to put together. The tool you need is included. Very well made. I love it. I would give 10 out of 10 stars. Thr scooter rides so good. My oxygen tank fits right in Basket.

This is a good scooter. everything as advertised. so far nothing bad to say about it. Do check your doorways ALL through you house before ordering. But other wise its a good scooter .Have not tried the transport part yet so jury still out on that at this time.
