This scooter is very portable lightweight and collapses and opens easily. The speed range and stability r excellent comes with 2 batteries. The deep basket is deep and attaches and detaches with just the flick of a button. We love this scooter!!

We received the scooter yesterday. Very fast shipping. We haven't used it much as of yet but it seems like it will work for what we need it for. We cruise a lot. It folds down well and seems very stable. Our neighbors driveway has a steep incline and it doesn't have a problem going up or down it. First of all, I am modifying this review because I have decided to return the scooter. Although I previously rambled on about the inability to understand the poor written owner's manual, the real problem is that once I got it together and tried in out inside my house, I discovered that the 4-wheel design just does not have the tight turning radius that I need. Aotedor AM985 mobility scooter has exceeded my expectations. I have used it for six weeks now, going to shops, exploring the neighborhood, and once a week to Ala Moana beach to snorkel. That is about a five mile round trip and easily accomplished on one battery. I weigh 112 pounds and the terrain is mostly flat so I think that is important to consider for battery life. Having a second battery in reserve is brilliant. The tires are solid so the ride can be a bit rough where paving is cobbles. A bit of extra seat cushioning is a good idea.
