This bed cover is just as easy to install as touted. I am a 78 year old, 120 pound woman and was able to install this in approx. 30 minutes. The cover came in an easy to handle carton which I propped up against the wall, opened it, removed the nifty protective bag and then simply laid the complete cover unit onto the truck bed. Then lifted and rotated that onto the bed rails, sliding it into place, fastening the clamps as directed. The only challenging part was fastening the security parts that are under the cover at the cab/front end. I had to lay on the bed and work under the cover because my arms aren't long enough to do it from the ground. The clamps work a little differently than my old cover so it took a few time to get used to them. The only negative is that you have to drop the tail gate to access the rear clamps to lift the cover once it is installed. ... show more

Had to add camper topper foam to front bed rail to get a proper seal on front right passenger side of cover to truck bed. Item came with extra foam strip, however it was to thick to get a proper seal all around cover to bed. Thinner foam fills gap between bed rails and provides a air and water tight seal to keep the bed dry. Cover looks great and appears to be good quality material for the price. ... show more
