I ordered this scooter because I can no longer walk long distances and I needed a way to get around better than pushing myself in my wheelchair. I'm a larger person because of health issues and it just got to be too much pushing myself around. I have very little upper body strength. I did have a problem with the scooter as during shipping the battery case was damaged and I wasn't sure if the battery itself was damaged. So I contacted the seller about it and he responded almost immediately (talking minutes after sending my email) and he asked me a couple questions about the damage then said he'd be sending me a new battery asap. It did take a couple of weeks for me to receive it but that also included for the seller to receive it from his provider who had a problem shipping it on time. That delay wasn't the seller's fault. I did receive the new battery and case with no problems at about 2 weeks after my first email at no extra cost. I will be keeping the damaged one as an emergency backup just in case. I've had a couple other questions during the time I was waiting and the seller was very quick to answer those questions thoroughly. There is a couple things I don't like about this scooter like the back up beeping is extremely loud, the lowest speed still feels like too fast(I aged out of my speed demon era years ago 😜) and it doesn't have a rear hitch to attach a big basket to, but I think between my son and I we can come up with something. A plus side is since I no longer drive this scooter can still be folded up and placed into my son's trunk when he takes me somewhere. All in all this is a economical mobility scooter for a larger person like myself. I really needed something to haul my fat a** around comfortably.

Great price. Easy to assemble, comes apart and can be hauled in the back of my SUV. I bought a bumper guard so I don't scratch the paint. We're planning to buy a second one so we both have one. Battery life is as expected and it charges fast. It's very quiet and comfortable to ride. I used it on the boardwalk at the beach and it was great. It allowed me to keep up with my family and I wasn't exhausted and sore like I would've been without it.

I am a diabetic and have issue walking long distance and since I had several vacations I bought it. I love that it's easy to load in the car and my daughter has a Kia Soul so I take it everywhere. I have taken it to Disneyland and California Adventure. The only issue I am having is that the battery does not last a long time and it's hard to find a place to chare it at those places.. So when we go now I just rent one there. I would buy it again it has helped me so much!!!!
