I ordered this scooter because I can no longer walk long distances and I needed a way to get around better than pushing myself in my wheelchair. I'm a larger person because of health issues and it just got to be too much pushing myself around. I have very little upper body strength. I did have a problem with the scooter as during shipping the battery case was damaged and I wasn't sure if the battery itself was damaged. So I contacted the seller about it and he responded almost immediately (talking minutes after sending my email) and he asked me a couple questions about the damage then said he'd be sending me a new battery asap. It did take a couple of weeks for me to receive it but that also included for the seller to receive it from his provider who had a problem shipping it on time. That delay wasn't the seller's fault. I did receive the new battery and case with no problems at about 2 weeks after my first email at no extra cost. I will be keeping the damaged one as an emergency backup just in case. I've had a couple other questions during the time I was waiting and the seller was very quick to answer those questions thoroughly. There is a couple things I don't like about this scooter like the back up beeping is extremely loud, the lowest speed still feels like too fast(I aged out of my speed demon era years ago 😜) and it doesn't have a rear hitch to attach a big basket to, but I think between my son and I we can come up with something. A plus side is since I no longer drive this scooter can still be folded up and placed into my son's trunk when he takes me somewhere. All in all this is a economical mobility scooter for a larger person like myself. I really needed something to haul my fat a** around comfortably. ... show more

Long lasting battery, easy to assemble and take apart, fits well in back of the car. The base is very short for 5'9 woman with long legs. There is no comfortable place to put my feet. Sturdy, and very pretty red color. Good quality all around, just doesn't fit me.
