Surprisingly good ladder!
Color: Black
Size: 3-step
I live in a two story house. I currently have a couple of large ladders and a small stepstool. I wanted to get a ladder that I could store conveniently upstairs, which would not take up a lot of space yet was tall enough to reach my ceilings. This ladder seemed like it would be what I needed. I was concerned that a ladder with only 3 steps would not be tall enough but I was wrong. I was able to comfortably and safely change a light bulb in a ceiling-mounted light. The ladder is sturdy and doesn't wobble. The steps are textured and wide so my footing feels secure. And it folds into a very thin profile, so thin that I store it behind the door to my office when not in use. (My other ladders are stored in my garage downstairs.) It is perfect for what I needed. I only have two minor complaints. The first is that the locking mechanism is not the greatest. I'm used to a ladder locking automatically when fully opened. But that isn't the case with this ladder; it takes quite a bit of force to fully lock it. What that means is that when it is opened, it doesn't lock until you step on it, and your weight is enough to push it in place to "click" it. I don't see this as a real safety hazard, because it locks the moment it is used, but it was unsettling the first time I used it because it wasn't expected. Now that I know about it, it's not a big deal. (It also unlocks pretty easily; get off the ladder and pull up from the handle in the top step and it will unlock and fold, no need to push a lever.) The other, even more minor issue is that the manufacturer label that was on the top step was already peeling when I took it out of the shipping box. It might have been an issue with not enough or insufficient adhesive, but it was also curled up quite a bit so there might have been more than that. I just pulled it off and no residue was left behind, so no big deal. There's just a blank spot where it used to say "RIKADE". Overall I am extremely pleased with this ladder, especially comparing the price to similar options. It's a great bargain and was exactly what I needed.

Wonderful purchase
Color: Black
Size: 3-step
I have been looking for a step ladder for my home for quite some time. I was so glad to find this one at such a great price. It is very sturdy, light and easy to carry. It stores nicely being my laundry room door without being in the way. I love how the steps are textured it gives a great grip, I would not suggest climbing it without shoes though a little rough on the feet. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Sturdy & lightweight
Color: White
Size: 2-step
I'm a tall gal, so I rarely have to climb on anything to reach high things. I realized a few weeks ago that my knees just won't let me use the kitchen chair for those rare occasions, so I started looking for a step ladder. I really like this one, because in addition to be inexpensive, it's lightweight and I feel safe while I'm on it. It folds up effortlessly by lifting it up within the handle as shown in the second picture. Once it's folded, it's slim enough to fit between my fridge and the wall. I fully recommend this ladder to anyone who needs just a little boost 😊

yea!
Color: Green
Size: 4-step
i have a hard time buying a ladder online, but that's the way things are these days...this was the 3rd one i ordered and the 3rd time is in fact, a charm! it feels so much sturdier than expected...when i'm painting a room inside my house, i need something that will support me when i'm on my tip-toes painting the ceiling, yet it can't be so cumbersome that i can't get into small spaces either--i want to be able to fold it up quickly and move a foot or so without it being a major deal--all that plus i like the color! when i'm up on the last rung, i feel 150% safer than i did before! i need a smaller one now and hope they make it, because i know it will be of good quality!

I can reach the top shelf of my kitchen cabinets!
Color: Black
Size: 4-step
I moved into a new condo and discovered I had to stand on a dining room chair to put things onto the top shelf of my kitchen cabinets. Also, I wanted to put a decorative strip of wallpaper across the top of my glass balcony wall. I have storage space eight floors away in the second down parking garage, but I couldn't see myself lugging a wooden step ladder up and down the elevator every time I wanted a can of peaches from the top shelf! This step ladder solved all my problems. It folds down to nothing, and fits easily into my kitchen broom closet. It has non-slip steps. It's easy to open and close. It has thick rubber pads on it's feet so it won't scratch my wooden floors. And it's metal, and that makes it quite sturdy for my 185 pounds. I now have a six item to-do list all of which are only possible because I can now reach for the stars!

Excellent Step Stool
Color: Gray
Size: 4-step
This is an excellent step stool. Since I'm only 5'2, I often need to use a step ladder around the house. This stool is much taller and gives me the added height to reach items in my garage and on my patio. It is very sturdy and easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

Sturdy stool
Color: Black
Size: 2-step
We bought this step ladder for our master closet to help reach things on the very top shelf. It did not disappoint! It’s very sturdy and very attractive design. It’s lightweight and easy to move around. It’s small enough that we mostly keep it open and just move it around our closet when we need to. We got the two step ladder and it’s perfect!

This is one great ladder!
Color: Green
Size: 4-step
I needed a sturdy, well made step ladder for reaching the upper cabinets, changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, etc. Previously, we had to haul out our very large and heavy tall ladder for these smaller tasks. What a pain! This four-step ladder is perfect for our needs. It is fairly light, sturdy and easy to move around. It folds up neatly for storage. The steps provide good traction and the rubber feet ensure the ladder won't move around when you are standing on it. Love the handle at the top too. It gives me confidence that I won't lose my balance. The ladder arrived quickly and was very well packaged to ensure no damage in transit. I would highly recommend this step ladder.
