The use of installing passwords & finger printing was hopeless which I failed to accomplish hence resort to 1950's using a key which is fine by me. Feedback to "do better" by the manufacturer are to write effective instructions to enable using passwords. Conduct 'focus groups' with participants to understand better how to instruct new owners of your product how to use it. Just say'in... could be a lot better if new owners could figure out how to use. This is a decent safe for what it costs. It’s more like a gun cabinet as it’s not fireproof and the metal is thin, but it’s fairly sturdy. Was very protected during delivery and very little assembly required. Easily holds 4 rifles, maybe 5 depending on the sizes. Plus 2 pistols on the door and extra space on the shelf. Good item get what you pay for. Did come damaged but didn’t expect otherwise. Safe did stop working at some point could not push any of the buttons after opening the back of the mechanism there was wire that had fallen off
