The item came in two boxes quicker than promised. It was going to a nursing facility and I transported the loose pieces easily. Assembly took me a little longer than the 1.5 hours the instructions indicated working by myself. The instructions were clear and all of parts and hardware were included. In fact they sent a few extra pieces of hardware. When assembled the pieces were sturdy and surprisingly comfortable. The price is great and you get a lot of value for the money. I’m using the set for an inside application. The cushions may not stand up to outside conditions without bringing them in from the rain. As the instructions and other reviews have stated do not completely tighten the hardware until assembly is completed. ... show more

Absolutely amazing patio set. Loveseat, two chairs and a coffee table. Some mention that the cushions are pretty thin, but honestly, I think that they’re fine. Absolutely a deal for the money. You cannot go wrong.

1. This furniture is NOT rattan. It is plastic! You can even smell the VOCs upon unwrapping. 2. Handy little wrench bit strips after assembling just one unit. 3. Components are not fabricated evenly. Assembly is fairly easy. Unless you know what you're doing w/ impact drivers, consider threading the bolts by hand first then use a power driver.

This is not easy to put together! Like the color of fabric but one of my cushions was torn when pulling it out of the arm piece (how they pack it) and a stable that I guess holds the wicker in place was partially out and that's how it tore. Customer service has never responded for replacement. 🤬Table top slides easily so need something sticky underneath to hold it in place. Looks nice but due to the time it took to put together I wouldn't buy another one. ... show more
