All the parts were labeled and the instructions were clear, so we had no real issues. The thicker cushions are one of my favorite parts—super comfy but still supportive. The high back makes it even more relaxing, especially if you're on the taller side. I used to have a resin wicker set before this, and while that one was a bit smaller, this new set feels much sturdier and looks a lot more upscale. All in all, I’m really happy with it. We LOVE these. They are beautiful and good quality without being heavy. It took about 40 minutes to assemble, it was not difficult. It’s easier with two but you can manage with one person. The cushion quality was surprisingly good and the fabric is EASY TO WASH. We have lots of dogs and applied as much dirt as possible to those white cushions. I didn’t even have to use bleach they are so easy to clean! Comfortable, attractive and functional. Great deal.

After endless searching for the perfect outdoor setup, I decided on this one, and it definitely lives up to the hype. Let's start with the practical stuff: assembly. The instructions were incredibly clear, and all the parts were well-labeled, which made putting it together surprisingly quick. Now for the best part – how it looks and feels! The neutral-colored cushions are incredibly versatile and blend seamlessly with my existing outdoor decor. But more importantly, they are SO comfortable! In terms of durability, it feels very well-maden, and the frame is sturdy.

For the price, this is a really good buy but I do want to let people know what to expect. The seat cushions are very firm (in the right way), nice and sturdy. However, the back cushions are very thin and do not give support. When you sit back, the cushions are THIN AND FLIMSY and your back hits the metal frame. I’ll add more pillows for sure! The pieces are very easy to put together. I put the entire set together in an hour and that included unpacking and organizing all the pieces and hardware and breaking down the boxes. There are open areas around the screws and open solder joints so water will absolutely enter the frame. I ordered covers so when it rains, I can keep this from happening. The reality is for the price, it’s a GREAT set but don’t order this expecting anything more than a $360 (that’s with the cost of shipping). Also, the cushions aren’t pure white, they are natural. I like the color but the color description says white and they are not. Overall, great buy - just have realistic expectations. I’d buy it again because IMHO, it’s the best set for the price. I got exactly what I paid for (except for the back cushions).

Very nice set that was purchased for our porch. My partner put it together by himself in 2 hours. The metal frame is heavy enough to make it feel sturdy. The cushions are comfortable and the seats are very spacious. Do buy, you won’t regret it
