I am impressed with how bright these little lights are and that they lay all night long lit up! Our of my 4 pack, I did have one set that didn't work. My picture shows one set on a tree. It looks so pretty at night with the bright white lights! I love that these are solar lights.

I have 3 crepe myrtle trees in my backyard. They are beyond the landscape lighting, so it's dark where they are located. These lights add the perfect amount of light to illuminate that part of my backyard without looking garish. The fact they are solar is awesome. I have the solar panel on the ground hidden behind the trees. They are in part shade during the afternoon, but the lights still come on at dusk and stay on for several hours (at least till midnight when I've looked to see them still on). Great set of solar fairy lights. 4 packs, each with its own solar cell/controller. Turns on/off with a light sensor, like a night light. 2 buttons on the back- on/off and mode. Mode cycles through various flashing/pulsing options, with one solid-on option, which is what I prefer and of course is the last of many annoying options. Turning Off would be used to force it off even during nighttime. Cycling off/on loses previous selection of mode, but generally you’ll leave these in the on setting and let the light sensor turn them on/off, in which case mode setting is preserved. ... show more

These are fantastic lights. Once I got them charged up, I wrapped them around my palm trees and they look absolutely beautiful. I like how thin the wire is. During the daytime, the wire is practically invisible but at night, they glow up. There are different modes that can be used with these lights. My wife loves lights and outside decorations which can be expensive if everything is plugged in. These are a great 4 pack pf string lights that can be placed anywhere you get sun. The wire gauge is thin as typically at this price point, but they provide lighting wherever you want. We actually put some in the trees as well as around our mini camper.
