Not a bad unit. Bolted right in. No modification needed. Filter is very flimsy and hose clamps are pretty bad but for the price you can't beat it. Upgrade the filter itself and you've got a nice intake for a great price! It really seemed to wake up my 300C as far as throttle response goes.
