    • Broken parts during installation
Drove an hour to install this for my mom for Mother's Day. The screws are made of cheap material which shredded pieces on the carpet while I screwed them in. I could not secure the right armrest because the hole that the steel ball latch inserts into is too small. The left side was fine. Overall, cheap and not reliable to install. Asking to return the item. Couldn't contact the seller easily either. No number to call just an email. ... show more

    • Treadmill is great and easy to set up
This treadmill is great. The speeds are accurate and the incline is great. Everything comes with it as far as screws and tools. Did not receive the treadmill belt lubrication. The hand rail bar and phone mount extremely easy to install. Adjusting the feet for incline is simple. It does not take up a lot of space and is pretty quiet. Thoroughly impressed with how sturdy it felt to walk, jog, and run on it. The biggest downside was just the FedEx shipping that the product was shipped through. It was originally supposed to be shipped May 6-8th but kept getting sent back to the hub location numerous times until I was able to get it held at a local FedEx location a week later. I know this isnt the companies fault and more so the shipping company. Just never had consecutive good experiences with fedex. ... show more

    • An okay walking pad, belt needs frequent adjustment
It’s okay! Better than my old one for sure but you do have to install the little incline things if you want to incline so that’s rather annoying. Also I’ve been using it for only one week and the belt is already starting to favor one side and I hate having to adjust the belt all the time.

This has been working great for me so far. I had a little issue with a piece being broken in transit, not the fault of anyone it’s just a small piece. The customer service was amazing and they replaced the piece extremely quickly. I have been using this walking pad daily and I love it.     • Phone holder sucks and does not stay on at all
The phone holder is so flimsy, it falls right off by simply touching it. This cant even hold the user guide. It falls right off. Also, I think someone used this treadmill before because some things were screwed in already and it came with a big scratch in front.
