These do nothing for me. My daily fiber goal is 21 grams, so I took 7 of these. Got uncomfortable gas but no result. So I did an experiment. I dissolved a packet of Meta-mucil (3.4 grams fiber) and two of these gummies (supposedly 5 grams of fiber) in equal size glasses of water. The Meta-mucil congeled. The gummies became cloudy but the consistency of the water did not change. I would think that a product whose name begins with "fiber" would have noticeable fiber present. They taste good.

This is by far the best fiber supplement for your buck in my opinion. Of note- there are 2 types of fiber often noted on labels. Most are dietary, or insoluble fiber. These are the kind promote higher water content in stool for softer stools. Soluble fiber becomes more gelatinous during digestion, also making it easier to pass tools. Soluble fibers can also help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol, and has a lot of health benefits in general. To get both in a supplement is rare unless you're willing to pay a lot for it. And even then the dose to achieve the fiber content advertised is often 4 or 5tabs daily. These gummies provide both 4gm soluble fiber, and 4gm dietary fiber in just 2 gummies daily. They chew up just like a fruit snack gummy, taste great, and are honestly priced. They have been helping to maintain regularity for me while on frequent pain medicine after surgery, and I have yet to have any side effects like being gassy.

Be careful it says fiber first but when you actually get the bottle the supplement is only 14% of your supposed daily need of fiber. Very misleading.

Worst fiber supplements I've ever used. They gave everyone in my family who tried them the worst gas imaginable accompanied with stomach cramps for some. After a week of giving them a real try, we stopped torturing ourselves and threw them all away! Almost 2 whole bottles worth! Horrible! If I could give negative stars I would!

This is coming from someone who wouldn’t be able to poop for 5+ days to the point that I would have to take a laxative to go. This was the type of review I was looking for when trying to see if taking fiber vitamins would help me use the bathroom more regularly. I am here to tell you this works!!! I have been using this for the past month and this might be TMI but I have made a list of dates of how often I use the bathroom now that I have been taking 2 of these daily. Truly, if you are struggling, give this a shot. I will list my dates below and I hope this is helpful, keep in mind I would go 5 + days without pooping. 8/17 8/20 8/23 8/24 small poop 8/25 8/27 small poop 8/28 8/30 small poop 9/1 I have pooped almost every other day , y’all don’t know how happy this product makes me. Try it. Also the flavor is great & they don’t taste powdery but honestly who cares when they are actually helpful.

I read a lot of the reviews and was willing to give these a try since some people felt they were very effective, sadly, I don't think I'm going to be one of them. I was excited bc they were sugar free, prebiotic, vegan and they really do taste good according to my taste buds. The price is really good and they arrived the next day and both bottles were sealed. Unforetunately, they haven't done much in the way of "moving things along." I've only been taking them for 4 days and on the third morning I decided to take two in the morning and two in the evening. Still not much action despite the fact that I am drinking over 83 oz of water daily. I'm willing to give them a fair trial period of at least two weeks and if no change, I will return them since they were advertised as being fully refundable if they didn't work or any other reason that the buyer wasn't happy with the product. I will update in about a week and a half. Sure do hope they work!

I have only been using this product for a bout one week, so my rating may change with time. I am not getting the results that I want and need. Doseage calls for 2 gummies per day. This has not elicited the expected results by a long stretch. I am going to try 3 per day, as space them out rather than taking them at the same time. I am really hoping that this will do the trick because these absolutely taste wonderful. Almost like a little "treat" after a meal. Sweet, but not too sweet and the berry flavor is very pronounced. The cost is also appealing ~ when you purchase Fiber Gummy products over-the-counter, the prices range from $16-28 per bottle of 60 gummies (in California), What I purchased yielded 2- 60 count bottles @ 25.77 ~ $12.89 per bottle. So I think it is a great price. Now if I can just find an amount that will do the job for me ~ I will be raising my review to a 5-star. But please follow the manufacturer's directions! I have received medical advice from my physician to increase the amount I take. Please do the same if you are like me and feel that an additional gummy will improve the situation.
