not sure if i just got a defective one or what, but i’m glad i bought the protection plan. the camera stopped working in multiple ways less than 24hrs after installation: •couldn’t read its own memory card (that came with it in the box) •red wire on back camera was broken when i took it out of the box •mount didn’t work, camera fell off the windshield after one 20min drive •12V plug doesn’t even plug in all the way and slips out easily no matter the angle/rotation •buttons weren’t responsive 1/3 of the time •plastic felt cheap •struggled to connect to app •not worth the $60 discount price, let alone $200
