On the downside the covert could use some type of semirigid support so that rain water doesn’t puddle on its surface. And the filters need to be replaced in what I consider far too soon a time frame

I requested a return third after getting and had set up. We realized that the strainer inside the pump tube was clogging and causing the water temp not to rise thinking that it was broken. I cleaned it out, refilled and it worked. Everyday for about a week it would need to be cleaned to maintain the heat I set at 102 degrees. I replaced the filter, added a sponge (that’s intended for absorbing scum) I added a triple layer of cheese cloth around the filter, under the gray mesh and we have been enjoying this hassle free at the set temp of 102 degrees since then and I can not be any happier! This, was an awesome purchase recognizing the issue. I highly recommend if you do these things making this the best hot tub with minor modifications. I also purchased a pool balloon (came in a four pack) to place in the center under the cover to prevent rain pooling causing the cover to sink and having to deal with that and if this is helps with considering this amazing price, IT Is WORTH EVERY PENNY! No, I didn’t get paid to say this! Initially I was going to leave a bad review but was waiting on company to possible replace the filter/heating system. Get one and do these minor adjustments, you will be in your glory! ( make sure you get the spa chlorine start kit) initially when I refilled the tub, after day three the water color was gross. Following the test strips, I was able to get the ph under control and the water is crystal clear and maintaining.

My spa wouldn't get hotter than 94° even though the spa temperature read 104°, we bought an external thermometer to put in the spa that reads 94°. Trying to reach anyone for help has not helped.

Well worth the money (so far). Gets up to 103 and the bubble action is surprisingly robust. Bought it as a gift for my daughter, the son-in-law, and grandkids and they use it nearly every night. I got to try it finally last night and it seems like it was a good purchase.
