I was worried about buying such an item online with some reviews of dents so I picked a seller with great reviews and it came in well packaged and no dents. I really wanted this freezer for it's mesurements and size for my small space and the extra room that i needed since my refrigerator freezer got stuffed full alot and I wanted to be able to stock up better. No dents, set up temperature was easy, although the instructions were vague about temp so I googled it and set it at -14. Freezer quality is great and not noisy at all. 3.5 freezer was very quiet and working, but unit is now dead under 1 year of light operation (7 months). Of course past any return date and almost impossible to get warranty assistance from the manufacturer. A clear drawback when purchasing thru the Amazon network.
