Good solid quality from the poles to the blades. Blades are VERY sharp and the design is pretty straight forward. I used this pole saw for the lowest branches to some that were 35' in the air. I am 6'4" so I could get those using all the poles. I didn't use the lopper blade a lot, the saw blade is the way to go on almost all branch cutting. I will say this...I don't recommend this for anyone who may be shorter because you will need good leverage to use this product with all the poles attached. You will have to have a friend/helper to assist getting the saw vertical to its full extension. At 30' in the air, the poles to wobble a bit but the hook blades definitely give you the upper hand to make the cuts easy. Pros: easy use, solid construction and does the job. Handy storage bag and extra blades included. Negatives: not for the average person(need a friend/partner assist), concern about the metal threads cross threading over time.(suggest using thread lubrication from time to time) and some extensive wobbling at its full extension. It will give you a good workout.

This tool is great. After a tree service quoted me nearly $1000 to trim some birch trees away from my gutters I ordered this. It took a little effort to control at full length but did the job and will continue to work for future trims. The draw string nipper was amazing and easy to use.

Thanks to my HOA. I found myself purchasing this 30-foot pole palm tree trimmer, and it has exceeded my expectations. The pole is surprisingly lightweight for its length, making it easy to maneuver even when fully extended. The cutting blade is sharp and precise, allowing me to trim high palm fronds safely without needing a ladder. Assembly was straightforward, and the telescoping feature works smoothly. The grip is comfortable and provides good control during use. I was able to reach the top of tall palms in my yard without any difficulty, which saved a lot of time and effort. If you have tall trees and want a safe, effective way to trim them yourself, this trimmer is definitely worth it. I use the saw feature to reach fairly high branches. This works pretty good. It does get a little heavy the longer it gets, however. But thats to be expected. The screw in connections have a tendency to loosen but are easily retightened. The pruning attachment is the strangest I've seen. The pruning blade does not cut like normal where one side slides passed the othe cutting surface. This one has a sharp blade that closes on a flat surface. It doesn't seem like the blade will remain shade when forced into a flat metal surface. Overall, I like the saw feature. The blades(they give you two) cut well and since each section of the pole is like 3 feet long, you can make the length adjust to any height you need. The pole material seems sturdy. It brakes down so you can store it in the included bag. The bag material and straps don't look like they will last too long but it works for now. I am glad I bought this saw.

The pole was easy to assemble and relatively stable. When you are out at 27 feet it gets wobbly, but unless you are getting something for 3-4 times the price I think that is a given for fiberglass poles. The cutter worked great. Sadly the zipper pull came off the first time I zipped the bag. Then when I wanted to use the saw, I realized that the piece the saw attached to was not included. Had to return the item.

Very happy with this purchase. It reaches very high branches and the cutting blade is thick doesn’t flimse and cut 2, 3 up to 4 inches diameter limbes in a wink ! You can even cut bigger ones, will sure take 30sev more but will still do the job. This ideal for very high branches that you can’t reach with a pole saw. The sections of the pole have a solid connection. Now of course if you use all sections to reach 27ft height it might be a little bouncy but that’s totally normal… it takes a lil more energy to handle it but … works awesome

I used this to saw some branches as a practice run before my hubby got hold of it. The saw is very sharp and cut through the boughs easily. Hubby then used it to saw and lop many of our trees - it was a breeze! It is rather heavy but I used it without one of the extensions and found it OK to handle. Hubby used the full length to get to the top of one of the trees and managed easily. We are in our later years but fairly fit! the lopper is sharp and cuts through pretty thick branches easily - the rope was long enough for what we wanted, however, it did wear through at the top on one of the pulleys and needed to be restrung. We noted that after the first use in damp weather rust was showing on the 'stainless steel' threads! We sprayed them all with Bowshield to protect them in future use. It did the job well and with a very hand carry bag we are please with it and recommend it
