So far, this water softener/clarifier seems to be working well. It does change the feel of the water…in a good way! This is NOT a bacterial type treatment…so you will still need to use some type of agent to keep the bacteria killed! We are currently using a UV light system and this seems to be working well with this treatment. Our cold plunge tube only holds about 80 gallons…so I am using a capful each time. This should last a LONG time. There is no odor to this lightly blue colored liquid. Very pleased. Thanks! MY PERSONAL COMMENTS: I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. No pictures of me freezing my tail feathers off but I can feel the difference especially after a few days. I am running well water (no treatments) and using the stock tub method with just a circulator pump and ice, no chiller. I dump large blocks, hit them with a hammer, plunge, then dip the molds back into the water and put them back in the freezer. I can usually start to feel a bit of water texture on about the third day and decide to empty, wipe down, and refill. Adding this, the water feels a bit different at the start, but remains that way for a week. So it seems to be saving me 100g of water each week.

I just started adding this treatment into my 100 gallon cold plunge tub. I let it go through a cycle of water change before introducing this treatment. Upon returning to it the next day after the water have turned over in my pump for 24 hours or so, the water seemed so clean. It was much more cleaner looking than I left it. The scum that was building up on the sides of the tub are now gone and dissolved I presume. Works quite well.

I just set up my cold plunge and didn't want to drain it constantly. I wasn't sure what to do until I saw this product. I have only had mine setup for a week and have used this once. So far, the water looks good, but I still plan to drain it bi-weekly. It seems to be working great.
