The printer is easy to set up and use. There was an initial issue with the app not working and I sent an email to the company. I received a prompt, courteous and helpful response explaining that there was an issue due to a system update conflicting with US time zones and the Christmas holiday. The very next morning, the app and printer were up and running. Our 9 year old grandchild is tech savvy and enjoys creating with the printer, and the younger 4year old enjoys the items that result. Win-win!

This 3D Printer is probably the most easiest thing to use out of all the other ones out there in the market! Their app has tons of kids friendly designs to print and it’s FREE and you print it out from your iPhone NO laptop is needed!!!! The reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars is because the camera keeps going offline and you’d have to reboot the system, BUT I contacted the service provider and they sent me a replacement so hopefully this one will work!

The most infuriating product I have ever tried to use. We bought 2. The first one worked for 2 prints then stopped heating up, the second one took MULTIPLE attempts just to connect to the WiFi and has never had a successful print. Won’t even allow for a firmware update. Absolute waste of time and money. Don’t buy this.

Do not buy this piece of crap! It will only work for 2 weeks, then it will ask you to update. Then it will give you chinese instructions to update...do you speak chinese? maybe you could tell me how to fix this problem if you do, I'm begging you to help me maintain a relationship with my child that wants me to get this thing working. Obviously it is not user friendly.
