I’ve been using this 3D Kneading Massage Office Chair with Heat for some time now, and I originally decided to buy it after trying the same chair at a friend’s house. The features alone make this chair worth it. The kneading massage feels much closer to a real massage compared to basic vibration chairs. The heat function adds a lot of comfort, especially after gym workouts and on colder days. The recline and footrest provide extra relaxation for those lazy days when I just want to sit back and stream videos. The padding is thick, wide, and very supportive, making it comfortable for extended use. The chair is also solidly built and shows no wobbling or creaking at all, which speaks to its quality. Overall, this is a well-built, comfortable chair with great features, and I’m very happy with the purchase.

This chair is perfect if you spend many hours sitting, because the massage and heat help tremendously to relax your back and relieve the tension of the day. What I like most are the lumbar support + heat (the relief feels *real*), the footrest (you can literally kick back and fully relax), and the fact that it is sturdy and supports a good amount of weight without any issues. It helps me work more comfortably, reduce back pain, and even relax while I’m at the computer.

Honestly, this chair is much better than I expected. I sit in front of the computer all day, so my back usually hurts. The massage function on this chair is the real deal—it actually kneads your muscles (3D style), it's not just that weak vibration buzzing. The seat cushion is very thick and feels like a sofa. I also love the heating, especially now that it's getting cold. It heats up super fast. The chair is very heavy and sturdy, doesn't feel cheap at all. Assembly was easy, took me about 30 mins. If you are looking for a heavy-duty comfy chair, just get this one.

I bought this chair as a replacement for one I have been working from for a few years now. Since I spend so much time here (working from home) I wanted a chair I could comfortably sit in and do computer work for hours. The black leather and criss cross design on the chair look classy. I have been using the chair for a couple of weeks and it has a solid frame and arms. The one thing I did do was use an upgraded set of coaster wheels because the ones that came with it were not the quality I was looking for, however not taking away a star because the chair in all the other areas is very sturdy, comfortable, and professional looking. The additional heat and massage I have used about 10 times so far. I usually run the massage and heat for 30 minutes in the morning while going through initial emails. I also have done a couple sessions at night, reclining in the chair with foot rest out and massage running against my lower back. The massage is deep into the muscles surrounding the lower spine, and the heat in the morning for the upper shoulders is quite relaxing. It found the 2 features (massage and heating) a real differentiator between other chairs I researched and in use of them found them to be worth it and matching what was advertised. The lumbar support pillow is definitely enough to help arch your back when working in the chair for hours. I would definitely buy this chair again and have found it a good investment.
