I really like this brace. Comfortable, and great adjustable straps to make a good solid fit. The thumb support with the inside sleeve is an additional plus, and keeps the strain off the thumb. I use these for my physical therapy, and they work very well in all my activities, mainly because they have the support bar on the inside of the wrist (the aluminum one), and 2 side support bars (plastic) - which, my other braces have aluminum for all 3 support bars, and are much sturdier and better. The side bars are a great benefit, since many braces have a bar on the back, that pushes into the back of your hand during many activities. The side bars would definitely be better as aluminum, because the plastic ones that are in these are too flexible, and in my opinion, might end up breaking inside the brace. I will order a right handed one to replace the aging one I've been using. Even though the side bars are plastic, they're better than the back bar on others. These are cushioned on the inside too.

Wonderful product! Full transparency; this is probably the most bulky brace I've purchased, however, hands down the most comfortable one I've ever worn. Its bulkieness comes mostly from the cushionie materials its made from. Perfect for night-time comfortability or day-to-day wear. True to size as advertised. Definitely recommend it, worth purchasing again!

This brace is amazing. Great support for your wrist and even thumb. Holds your wrist in place. I can do regular chores in this. No pinching, not to tight. The velcro is long enough. For people like me with a pudgy arm no problem. My arm, about half way up is around 9 to 10 inches. I hope this helps someone. I would buy again.

This brace is so well worth the money! The inside is as important as the outside and it feels luxurious compared to the usual braces like this! It is soft and cushioned but still keeps the wrist perfectly straight. I have carpal tunnel and severe rheumatoid arthritis and I am so grateful I found this one and you will be too!

I tore my TFCC in my R wrist. I bought an inexpensive brace from my local Fred Meyer. I thought my injury was less severe than it turned out to be originally. I wore this first brace for 6 weeks. When I finally sought medical intervention, it turned out I needed surgery. I then searched Amazon and found this brace and began wearing it. This is a very nice brace and supports extremely well while allowing the flexibility to remove the metal fracture bar if desired (I kept mine in). The next thing I noticed was this brace was very comfortable. I kept it on all day at work (even doing heavy keyboard work) and my arm didn’t fatigue from wearing it. Of the 3 braces I ultimately ended up with, this was definitely the most comfortable. Another thing about this brace that many might overlook is its gray color, vs. the more commonly available black. It still goes with everything clothing wise. Also, you’ll really love it if you have a lighter haired dog or cat. My black brace became covered with blond/tan hairs from my dog, and white feathery stuff from my parrot. So that’s a factor if you have pets-all braces have materials that greatly attract pet hair, etc. My third brace I got directly from the ortho’s office, but it’s my least favorite of the 3 braces. It has a Velcro adjustable thing on the thumb, and while clever, just is not nearly as comfortable as this brace. I’m in PT now, and I think I over-did it at home doing something (like pick up the dog perhaps), so this weekend I find myself back in my favorite gray brace. I was using the first less supportive brace when therapy started, but that didn’t last long. So with all that, I’m feeling like I’m a strong voice for this particular brace. Whatever you might decide, good luck on your healing journey!

After habit sleeping with T Rex arms after a double mastectomy in 2024 I had terrible neuropathy in both hands. I thought I’d give these braces a try, using them at night. It’s been 5 nights and these 100% have worked. I would say my hands are at least 75% better. I know the nerve healing doesn’t happen overnight however these are definitely working and the quality is top notch. Thank u!
