The media could not be loaded. I've been struggling with lower back pain for the last few months and was having trouble while working out. My trainer suggested that I try a waist cincher. I was leery of trying it, but glad I listened to him. I feel a marked difference in my back. It fits nice and snug which keeps my back straight and my posture aligned. It helps me remember to sit up straight and seek alternatives on bending or slouching to get something. Even thought it keeps your back straight it is still very flexible, so it doesn't hinder your normal activities. I have no difficulty breathing. I was shocked at how comfortable this is to wear. The first day I got it, I meant to wear it for an hour to try it and I ended up forgetting it was on and wore it for 4 hours. The material is soft and feels nice on my skin. The hooks are heavy duty and made to last. There is a learning curve on figuring out how to get it hooked on and be tight enough at the same time. It only took a few days to figure out the best way for me. I'm so glad that it comes with the extender, so I have more levels to use to continue to get smaller. I really like this product and will continue to use it as I need smaller sizes.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second purchase for this waist trainer, and it is so amazing. I was much smaller when I purchased it the first time I believe I purchased a medium and I ended up shrinking so small that the waist trainer didn't fit me anymore. This time around I ordered a 2X and I had to add the extender for it to fit me, but I am 100% positive that it will shrink my waist and I will be out of the extension and into the regular hooks within the next 3 months, especially if you wear it every day. First off, I ordered the latex one because it has the most support, the inside of it is lined with a almost fleece style material and it does cause you to sweat throughout the day but that is a good thing because you were burning calories. I actually bought it for work for my back because it gives so much support, I am a nurse and I have to lift patients and bend over quite a bit using my back and I recently had a slipped disc so this will definitely prevent any kind of back pain and it will promote good posture. Of course I'm sure you are reading this because you want to know about the quality of the brace for your waist, it definitely snatches that waste in so good you will have no rolls showing, it's very long in the Torso area so I like to push it down on my lower hip close to where my crack is at and it goes all the way up to underneath my breast which is perfect so that they're not roll popping out causing you to have a muffin top. If you're questioning buying it, girl just buy the thing he will not regret it. I suggest getting the latex one because it has the most support, it has metal boning in it to keep shape, and even over time wearing it every day it does not lose shape. I believe the last one I had lasted me about a year and it would last longer but my waist was so tiny I grew right out of it. It definitely runs on the smaller size, my waist is actually about a 3X but I ordered the 2x because I know I'm going to fit in a 2X very soon but I managed to lay down on the bed and squeeze into this one with the extender. Whatever size you're waste is I would order one size larger

Im using this more for back support and posture but for those using this for their waist trainers DO NOT permanently alter your waist, the effects are extremely short term unless actively wearing it. This product does not make you thinner, but it helps with lowering appetite by compressing your lower ribs where your stomach is located. This is not a good product if you weigh too much as this works best if it can sit against your bone structure, like your hip bone and rib cage, and will most likely not be easily hidden under clothes as it will be unable to sit firmly against anything and may also cause chaffing. I had an old back brace I'd borrowed to help with back pain, I then went to buy one for myself and ended up getting a waist trainer since I could easily hide it under clothes as most back braces are rather bulky and uneven and don't feel good on my skin. I wore it for years but kept having pain at the top and bottom of the trainer. I was immediately surprised to see that this trainer was shaped better, fit better, felt better, and is so much more comfortable and easier to move in. When sitting it doesn't roll or press uncomfortably into my bust and when I walk, I don't feel the top of my bottom hitting it every step! My back feels great, my posture is great, and my waist looks nicer (although the effects are rather temporary). I do wish it came up higher along the sides and back but not the front. My only issue with this is that the hooks have already started pulling out after only a couple uses - I dont have it on super tight. When they are pulled out I accidentally hook them onto 2 loops at once which makes it worse.
