I ordered this for my wife as an I love you present. she is like one of those women who love christmas so much they would leave christmas up all year long!!! we do have christmas up far longer than the average family but no where all year. from time to time i like to get her something that I know she would love to display, and this is one of those items. straight out f the box plug it in and the wonderment starts right up. The graphics are super cool and the motion and 3D effect is flawless. As you flip through all of the images, they flawlessly change screens as if it part of the image. there are no dead air, no lag in the next image starting. we have not figured out all of the functions yet but are looking forward to spending time and see what we can do.

I do not recommend this product or this company. When I first received the device, it worked as expected—right out of the box. Unfortunately, that functionality lasted only three weeks. The unit suddenly stopped working, and upon inspection, I discovered that the micro SD card had been wiped, and the device would no longer allow file uploads. I reached out to the manufacturer using the contact information they provided. It took two full weeks to receive a response. They asked for standard details—serial number, purchase info, etc.—which I promptly supplied. Since then? Silence. No updates, no resolution, no support. As it stands today, the holofan is mounted to my wall, completely non-functional and gathering dust. Between the unreliable hardware and the lack of any meaningful customer support, this has been a deeply disappointing experience. Save your money and look elsewhere. I cannot recommend this product or the company behind it.

Product seems good at first but it seems the more it runs the more it erases SD cards, causing it to stop playing and the wifi to fail. Glad I was just testing for resale but this is not a good version for that

I had purchased 5 other 3D fans of the 2 BLADE variety to use at a trade show to display 3D rotation models of our Microsoft Flight Simulator Realistic Helicopters. They were quite a good draw to the booth. However, they did flicker and I wanted something much larger. Perhaps even a human narrator. I found these were available and advertised with "Splicing" compatibility. So I bought THREE of them. They arrived. I unboxed and assembled. First off, they ARE brighter and clearer than the 2 BLADE variety. However. they do NOT have a standard tripod stud mount. I looked and looked for their vertical 3 fan mounting tripod. No Where to be found! So much for the animated Human at our booth. So I pivoted to a large horizontal array (3x1) to show a helicopter slowly rotating as I had on a single one of the 2 BLADE version. Cobbled together a tripod/light stand I had to mount them. Got it all up and running with MUCH difficulty since there is NO clear instructions for the Windows Splicing program nor the Phone one. Using a Phone to do this is a real pain. Once I got them on a network (created with a spare router) and my PC on that network. Trial and error got me to the point where the non stock .mp4 was playing on 3 fans. With HUGE gaps and NOT synced very well. Evidently, you have to have the images OVERLAP quite a bit to stitch them together. AND that means at least on fan has to be OFFSET forward or back so they do smash into each other. At this point, I am unable to get them all to turn on/off together. Could be one is bad? It could be a fantastic product and at the price point very much in demand for trade shows, expos, flea markets and the like. It is VERY finicky to get working. I wish the manufacturer would reach out to me. But they never do. I paid for my 3 fans almost 600.00 and they are only semi-usable. If anyone figures anything out... let me know! It's likely the only way purchasers will ever have any success. Rick

USB stick doesn't work in PC, instead take the SD car from the Led Fan projector and insert into a micro USB stick to view files on your PC and install the 5D Displayer software. This software allows you to record your video and convert it into hologram projections for cosplay using. Be careful when scanning the QR Codes on the pamplet there are misleading websites that require you to input credit card info DO NOT DO THAT! Its unrelated to the product you're using. There's a bit of confusion when installing the software app to your phone because the install page has many misleading buttons. Only click on install where it says 5DDisplay app. The App in the Micro USB stick has a directory with Zipped folder with the app for PC installation. You can also upload the .bin file for the animations into the Micro SD card and it will display correctly if you made the videos well.
