The 49000 BTU Propane Gas Grill with Side Burner was delivered 4 days ahead of the estimated delivery date and in proper condition. The box had all the parts ready for assembly with installation instructions manual. It was easy to assemble by following the diagrams of the manual. It has nice cast iron grids and plate. The stainless-steel front doors keep the propane gas out of sight and also has some extra room to keep grilling tools. I cooked hamburgers and tasted excellent without traces of propane or paint flavors or smells. The grease flowed and got collected in the lower tray receptable. The thermometer on the grill lid is accurate and nice looking. It is also appreciated that has tools hangers on the side and a bottle opener. Durability is expected to be same as most of the grills of similar characteristics if taking care of covering it to protect from the rain and humidity. This grill is competitively priced and offers a great value for the features that it has. The seller promptly responded my email with an inquiry about spare parts.

Good grill just not as big as I thought I would be. I literally build this in my living room in about hour and a half. Few things about this purchase. 1. Did arrived early, I’d say about 3 days then estimated. The box was damaged. No major damages just one on one of the doors. 2. Assembly is just pictures there is no really assembly instructions. So if you need instructions like “Connect board A to C using bolts 4x6cm “ assembly will be harder 3. Smaller than perceived on pictures. Came with flat grate and two grill grates. Honestly would rather have a third grill grate (going to see if I reach seller about it) when it comes to cooking heat distribution is also cut for the first two inches (I marked one picture of grills) so you are cut even more of cooking capacity. Overall, again it’s a good grill if you are not a grill master haha but if you are this is definitely not for you.

Im not the kind of person who gets easily impressed or go out of my way to push or recommend any product or service unless I am 1000% sure and ran it through the oaces and then some. This grill performs just as well as my high end grills. It put anything you will buy at stores including current weber grills. I can grill burgers and steaks without having to drop lid to retain heat like 90% of gas grills today with their low btu output burners. You get the big grill without the huge footprint taking up your patio area. The storage underneath, the high output side burner and the four heavy duty locking wheels make this grill the best amazon purchase I've ever made. Its been a year at the jersey shore with barely having the cover on and the grill still looks new inside and out. I also love the flat griddle and broiler section that originally wasn't even a thought when shopping but now ill never want to not have it on my grill. The even better part us the manufacturer contacted me right back when I had questions and followed up after to make sure all was well. To date I know of 5 people that bought this same unit and are stoked after using it. Take your time putting it together the instructions are correct but be sure b4 you proceed to next steps and within an hour or so youll be grilling like a boss.

Update, we've only used this grill 4 times and the burners are just crumbling, it's literally unusable now. Don't waste your money. Got it for my husband for his Christmas and birthday present, and I'm a little disappointed in the size. It doesn't have a large grilling area. I suspect the only difference between the 3 and 4 burner one is just an extra added burner squished in the same size food cooking area. Also one of our doors on the front is warped so it doesn't close fully. My husband did say though he loves that it preheats quickly, and that the grates are cast iron. It's decent quality and was pretty easy to assemble. My main dislike is that the photo is definitely misleading as to the size of the grilling area.

This grill is very nice. The instructions are generally very good, parts are marked with numbers, well packaged, fairly easy to assemble (although faster with two people) The product arrived in three days in fine condition except for two missing screws which were promptly agreed to be supplied by customer service. I ordered an extra open grate to replace the solid pancake grate to meet my preferences. I recommend this supplier. PS- The only thing missing from the instructions is that you need to remove the plastic cap from the gas tube assembly underneath the side burner and thread the LP gas tube coupler into the receptacle before using.
