I had to cut out the metal tabs on my golf car that seperated the old 6 volt batteries, but other than that, this battery went in with no issues, worked perfectly. Maybe i missed it in some instructions, but you should first connect the LCD display to the batter before installation so that you can use the Bluetooth to turn off the battery and avoid any spark issue, this is a great feature!. I bought the kit with the charger and it worked great. For my application i had 12 volt lights added to my cart so i also needed to buy a converter from 36 v to 12 v, was ~$20 and easy to install. Initial impression of this product is very good!

So far we're really loving how this works with our Vintage Easy Go 36 volt golf cart; the cart is very old, '80s vintage. The fit was a little tight and we ended up having to go on its side but my understanding is that's okay. my son-in-law had this installed in oh I don't know I can't remember exactly how long but it was two hoursish, maybe a little more. It's definitely is lighter than the six lead acid batteries that it replaced... and the best part is how connected it i. If my phone is in with about 50 ft or so of it, I can instantly see how charged it is and it seems to last forever I don't even think we've taken it down to 80% and we've driven quite a bit around the neighborhood and this part of town. I dictated this review so apologies for any grammar issues.

So far. so good. Machine has more snap and greater speed. Easy install if you watch some you tube videos. Factory instructions are weak. Take a photo of you + and - battery connections and don't forget about the wire from the old charger receptacle. If it had better installation instructions, it would get 5 stars.

Received my battery yesterday. Unpacked hooked up display monitor and show 54%. Hooked up charger completed full charge in 2hrs. Connected Blue tooth very simple. Monitored charging process from my living room. I have not installed in golf cart yet. I live in WA state and my cart is in AZ. But ordered battery before tariffs kick in. Ordered on 1 April and today is 7 April and I have sen the price on some sites go up as much as $400 for same battery. So you need to shop around the original price is still out there. I am looking forward to getting it in the golf cart. Just wish it came with the required plug for cart.
