While this is not over the top, it is a well balanced formula, geared to an adult male's nutritional needs. It is not the best formula, it is far from the worst. Basic needs, without a lot of extras; and the price is right. Some multivitamin formulas are priced higher, for fewer nutrients. Every person's body is different. I tried 4 different brands before and none of them really worked for me. This 365 organic multi vitamins have been accepted by my body and I can say there is minimal wastage. I feel better during the day. Will continue with this as long as yhey are available.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. These vitamins make my spouse's and my urine bright yellow and very stinky. And I’ve noticed the days I was taking them they made me very itchy after urinating (female). Into the garbage they go. I usually buy MegaFood and decided to give these a try because of their price. It's not worth saving money. I'll NEVER buy these again or recommend them. ... show more
