I've done a lot of searching and returned a few, paid double, almost triple for another chair that isn't nearly as comfortable but it's a little bigger and fits my husband just right. So I kept this one and gave him the expensive one. I've added a lumbar support pillow but I have one on every chair I sit in (not everyone would need that). First, I should've left this review 5 months ago. Overall, I do like the chair. Size, quality, looks, comfort, seat height adjustment etc are what I wanted. However, the wheels stick and don't roll smoothly, at all. It's been this way from the beginning. At first, I thought maybe the wheels didn't have 360* turn capability that I thought they did. But, they are supposed to spin smoothly. I've put up with it for so long now, frustrated every time I sit in the chair. I've finally remembered to leave this review and am now searching for replacement wheels. If customer service sees this review, will you provide replacement wheels? Maybe I just received a batch with a couple of defective wheels. It seems to be only a couple of the wheels causing the chair to halt and not move smoothly. Thank you! ... show more

So far so good. I have 1 chair that will slowly slip down and I frequently have to boost myself back up. Not with this one! It stays in place. Love how they show the heavy set guy in the ad - too funny! The white leather or pleather is very white, which is what I wanted. Stitching is solid. For the price, a very good buy. Very happy so far. *Update* We actually hate this chair now. We have had it for about 2 months now and nobody wants to sit in it. It hurts your back to sit in it. I can last about 20 - 30 minutes before I have to stand up and walk around and adjust myself. I am heavy set so this may not be too big of a deal to smaller people. But this is designed for large people, and considering I do not have a large behind, I can't imagine how someone with junk in their trunk would fit on this seat comfortably. It leans me forward and puts all the pressure to the front. I almost feel like I have to use my feet and legs to push myself back into the seat the entire time I am sitting in it. I wish I would have sent this back and got a better chair. I would only recommend this to an enemy. My son is small- around 5'3" and 125 lbs. And he hates this chair as much as I do. So it is not my weight causing the main issues. He said he would rather sit on the bed with the keyboard than to sit in this chair. LOL DO NOT BUY IT. Original: This was a 5 minute assembly process. So easy. Put the seat and casters on. I got this for my child’s computer desk, it’s a small space that needed an armless chair that could fit under a very small work desk. This is comfortable and wheels around easily if needed. In my family, we range in weight from 35 lbs to 310 lbs and everyone can sit comfortably on it. It also adjusts WAY up. I ordered a white chair and got a purple one. I don't mind but it's not the color I ordered. So easy to assemble. The chair is already assembled. All I had to do was stick the wheels into the base and then set in the hydrolic piston. That's IT! Set the chair on the base and you're good to go. It's a tad bit high for me, even at it's lowest setting. I bought this though so I could sit at the sink and counter so that's not a huge problem.
