When you first use this dash cam, it's best you read the manual so you can understand each function and not try to guess what you're doing. I really do recommend taking an hour or more to just toy with the dash cam and understand how it works. It will come in handy when you need to quickly adjust something (like when you're sitting at a red light). It's really nice having a voice-activated dash cam as well. I have found that at times, the voice commands don't work even though it's enabled. I have to disable/re-enable it for it to start working. Still, there’s a physical button for the most important voice command (in my opinion) that I use often which is to lock a video. Also, if you’re playing any music through your speakers, even if it's soft, there's a high chance the dash cam will not pick up your voice. However, it may be my particular dash cam that has this issue. Their mobile app is okay and not top of the line. The user interface is okay. Could it be better? Oh yeah, it definitely can. Does it get the job done for what you need it to do? Probably if you just want to view videos, lock them, and save them to your phone. Please note, if you want to watch a video through the mobile app, the dash cam will stop recording. So be aware that you cannot watch videos from the mobile app and have the dash cam continue to record your surroundings. Yes, it's kinda frustrating, but it makes sense as the dash cam has to stop writing data to storage in order to read from it and provide you with its recorded videos. When loading a video from the mobile app, it is a bit slow. Sometimes, the video loads quickly and other times, it could take up to 20 seconds. One thing to note though, I'm currently using the micro SD card that came with the dash cam. I haven't tried using my Samsung micro SD card, which may perhaps reduce the video loading time signigicantly. The videos recorded by the dash cam are clear in 1080p and are smooth. I was afraid that the recorded videos would be choppy where it looks like the movement of cars and people walking by seemed as if they were lagging. Fortunately, the video playback was smooth. In my personal opinion, you are definitely getting more than what you paid for. Yes, this dash cam costs over $100, but remember that you're getting four 1080p cameras. Most dash cams around the same price or those that hang around $70 usually only have two cameras, in which the backup camera is some trash 720p or 480p camera. I've dealt with a dash cam that had a 720p camera. You barely see anything clearly. Yes, you can see cars, but good luck trying to read off a license plate or getting decent footage of a vehicle. So, having four cameras where I can choose which direction two of the cameras are facing is 100% GOLD to me. Currently, I use the two side cameras to look directly left/right of me. However, if I ever invite someone into my car I'm not 100% comfortable with (like an acquaintance from work), I can easily turn one of the side cameras to face the inside of my car. This dash cam has really helped me be at ease when driving. I know that I’ll have good footage to show the police if anything were to happen. After having this dash cam for quite some time, it has been reliable to me so far except for one major issue. For some reason, the dash cam kept on setting the wrong time on my recordings, which made it difficult to know what day and time a video was taken. I've reached out to Neideso Support, and they assisted me in troubleshooting the dash cam. After multiple failed attempts which spanned over many weeks (due to testing), they decided to send me a new dash cam. Their customer service was very supportive in assisting me and did what they can to resolve my issue. If you're looking for a good-quality dash cam with added features AND at a budget price, I highly recommend trying out this one out!

The 5 stars is for the customer service team. They're really attentive and want to help make a customer happy. I'm super pleased with the company as a whole. I had an issue with a camera I ordered after trying the radar accessory. After hooking that up, I lost the voice commands. If the voice commands are important to you, DO NOT use thr radar accessory. If you're not worried about that, its a nice accessory. The company made things right by replacing the camera and refunding for the radar kit. I'm very happy with that resolution. The camera itself gets 4 stars, which is still pretty good. The videos are really good. The app works well. The voice commands are cool. The night vision is decent. The voice commands are cool. It's overall a great system for moderate, shorter trip use. It might act up if you fill a whole 256g card. I had that issue twice now. It will either freeze and not show the files or say insert or format the card. Easy fix for that is just format the card before it gets full. I think this is a great camera, for the price. Add in the amazing customer service team and I'm super happy with this purchase.

A must have item. After being rear-ended at a stop sign, then approached by an irate offending driver, I decided to switch from my forward looking simple dash cam to a 360 degree camera system. This unit met all my requirements for having everything needed to install properly, being well made, easy to use, have GPS and to view on my cell phone. After a few months of perfect operation, it developed some issues I could not resolve. Customer support was outstanding. Quick to respond (almost immediately), diagnose and resolve the issue. They sent a replacement unit delivered in less than 48hrs. Wow. How great is that? No problems with the new unit. Great value at a good price.

Meh...... I like having the four channels but I've already had to replace the cord for the rear camera after only a day. Thankfully the second cord works well so far. The voice command feature doesn't really work all that well. Sometimes it does if I turn off my heater and I'm sitting still so there's no road noise. But even then sometimes it still doesn't listen to me. I did manage to get it to take a photo while I was driving down the road. The sunrise was really pretty through the trees so I wanted a picture but it was so blurry that it wasn't any good. I guess it would be good if you're sitting still somewhere and you wanna take a picture. I guess I'd probably give it a B rating because it does take video going down the road well but it definitely has some flaws and glitches

You will not be disappointed with this dash cam. The dash cam records in high image quality. The price is great for all the features provided. The dashcam has a premium feel and appearance. The leght of the included cable is suitable for a good installation. The wifi connectivity make it easy to retrive and share videos with a smartphone. The one thing that can be better is to include a suction mount not just the one that glues on. The suction mount will make it easy to take it out of the vehicle when not in use to prevent theft of dashcam. Overall I'm very satisfied with it.

Awesome camera for your vehicle. Takes a little time to install correctly, but doing so is well worth the time spent. So far I have not had any issues with its WiFi connectivity. It comes with long enough wiring to run the rear camera to the rear windows as instructed in its installation instructions. It has the ability to view everything at night much like the daytime.
