I work in a facility where we need good but affordable borescopes. We purchased this piece because it fit our budget and gave us 210 degree head articulation. The picture quality was very good and only the most discriminating person doing highly technical work would need better resolution, in which case you would spend ten times the amount that this piece costs. The only complaint I have is that in order to get articulation beyond about 90 degrees you must have the cable fully extended. If the cable is partly coiled then the head will not fully articulate. Thus, if you need for this tool to go beyond 90 degrees you will need usage of this tool to probably be a two-person job where on person is holding the end of the tool where it enters the measuring area and another person to be holding the vision/camera head. At our facility we do a lot of look at engine valves in cylinder heads that are installed on engines thus we need the 180-210 articulation but because the cable is so long it requires two persons to do this job. We did not return this tool so I guess that said that we liked its overall quality of vision and while the articulation does not lock to a side (which we would have liked) after moving it in position, if you have two people to use this tool then it works fine.

Had a problem with the 360 borescope, tried returning. Initially had trouble figuring out whether to go through Amazon or Teslong, but Teslong helped get it returned through Amazon for a full refund.

The resolution should be a lot better for the price

When I first used it I thought the articulation didn't work that well, but then realized you can't have the camera wire coiled up. Unroll the camera wire and the articulation works very smooth.

it was nice to have next day delivery for it but not so nice for it to break within the 5 minutes of using it. I had the scope all put together and the joystick right out of the box stopped working. Plus the joystick was so stiff. Its almost like the tool wanted to break itself. what a complete waste of time and money. If your looking for an articulating borescope get one other than this one.
