I purchased this 5ft model some about six months ago. I used it a couple times and it was absolutely amazing, easy to use and performs excellent. The zoom works perfect and really shows the finest details. Look around corners or to the side or use the split screen for both. Anyway, great product at what I think is a very low price for what you get. But wait!! I had a small problem and I’m not sure what the cause was, and it was six months after I purchased. I read the enclosed booklet and it said to email support for any problems. I really didn’t expect anything back, but I was wrong. The next day I had an email from Layla at DXZtoz asking for more details of my problem. In 3-4 days my problem was rectified by Layla with my 100% satisfaction. Layla is a valuable asset to this company and has proven that real customer service is alive and well, something you generally don’t get from a lot of other manufacturers. After 26 years of buying tools, this may have been one of my best purchases yet! My other bore scope from a highly reputable and expensive truck brand sucked to say the least. This new camera is amazing! The image is super clear and I love the dual camera mode especially for seeing inside cylinders. The best part is the flexible articulating tip. Go on through the spark plug hole and turn it up to see the valves. No more stupid mirrors that fall off or trying to bend the cord at just the right angle to see what you need to see. The length is great and the cable is flexible. I highly recommend this to any mechanic in the market for a new or first bore scope!

Works good. The long cable makes it a little more difficult to twist and turn when your working close to something or in an engine cylinder. Picture quality is great. Easy to hit the picture/video button by accident, just need to be careful how you hold it. The instruction manual is pretty vague, but the tool is easy to figure out with some experimenting. Wish it needed less radius to turn back on it's self. Does turn back 180'+. End cap does not want to unscrew to install end attachments, so I didn't force it...will wait until I need to use one of them. Here is a selfie back up through the spark plug hole. Side camera is very handy in tight areas. Note: Sometimes the unit would not shut off, found a small hole beside the charge port. Pressed it with the end of a paper clip and the unit shut down. Obviously a reset button. Unit would then turn on and work normaly. Hoping that this doesn't turn out to be an issue!!!

Large, high quality picture. The ability to steer the camera improves your ability to see into the hard to reach corners. My primary use is to inspect disc brakes on class 7 trash trucks and it works extremely well. I've used it for about 45 minutes so far and the battery is down about 30%

The DXZtoz Endoscope Camera is a good value for it's price. Having the capability to move the camera end around help me find a gouge in the cylinder. The cable stiffness is about right could be a little stiffer. The cameras and the display are very clear.
