The media could not be loaded. It gets much simpler to use after reading the instructions and practicing with it for a bit. However, you must consistently practice to keep it sharp, just like with any skill. The thickness of the camera wire was the only surprise for me. Though it is a little thicker than others, few have an end that can be moved about like a snake, haha. It even has a means to connect to ANY phone. They offer three tiny, unique wires for that. Each of the three has a standard USB-A port on one end and a mini USB port, USB-C port, or an iPhone connection on the other. But in the end, it all depends on what you actually need this for. Consider the fact that many of them now have thinner connections, a screen of their own, and even three cameras instead of just one, two, or even one. One facing ahead and either one on each side, as I recently observed, or simply one on one side. The advantage of this method is that all of the images and videos will be stored on your phone. Combined with the other models that have screens? They typically come with micro SD cards to hold the data, which, I believe, require the use of a computer to administer. I only mention that because a phone with a micro SD card might be able to manage them. Simply said, I'm ignorant about it. Oh, duh! I overlook the fact that some phones actually let you insert and store data on micro SD cards. I really did, I swear. I've never had one with a slot for a micro SD card.
