I do property inspections in and found myself in a jam for a job. Client wanted a sewer score done on a commercial property. Couldn't seem to find anyone reliable and couldn't find a scope to rent anyplace. Decided I was likely going to need to buy a scope and do it myself. Researched for about a week and compared cameras, features, brands, etc. Decided on this camera and I've not been disappointed. Overall the camera was pretty straightforward. But the images were very sharp. I've seen video from other leading brands of scopes and the images from this camera actually look clearer and sharper than those. It's a nice, compact case and has plenty of features. The only drawback I've found is bringing the camera back. The reel mechanism is a bit cumbersome trying to get the scope out and be accurate. The line tends to reel back out and unwind on its own. The problem is that distance is not measured unless the reel spins. So having the cable stretched out on the ground behind me because it doesn't stay on the reel and not measuring distance as I withdraw is challenging. Two people could do it with no problem but doing these by myself takes a little extra time. Maybe if there was a ratchet-type mechanism on the reel to prevent it from free spinning backward under tension it would be easier. But that's really been the only challenge I've had. I did run into something with my camera where it wasn't Self-Leveling completely. The seller was extremely supportive and helpful. Ultimately after some troubleshooting they sent me another camera for no extra charge. So I've been very happy overall with this. A hell of a camera for the price they're asking.

I unboxed my camera and it was broken I felt like it was cheaply made and the plastic holding the the reel on had 4 bolts ripped right through the plastic I want be risking my money on another one

As a plumber who has used a rigid see-snake for a majority of my career this is a great and cheap alternative for a sewer camera. The head of the snake is replaceable in the event there is damage which is an upside of the see-snake. The user interface leave alot to be desired but once you learn it it is easy to use.

The camera works great but the customer service is the best I have ever seen. I purchased this camera a year ago and the reel broke the second, I used it, I used it for almost a year being frustrated that the hose was hard to roll up and no counter. I contacted customer service and they shipped me a new reel and I had it in less than two weeks. That is excellent customer service, probably the best I have ever seen.
