This is the second time I've bought an electric fireplace. The first time was in November 2024 when I chose to buy a fireplace from brand R.W. But after just one month, it started to smoke, make noise, and the heating stopped working. So, I returned it. The second time, I accidentally came across this fire places electric fireplace on Amazon. When I clicked to watch the product video, the flame effects and functions shown were exactly what I wanted, and the price was quite reasonable, so I decided to make the purchase. I bought the 36 - inch fireplace, planning to install it in my daughter's room. I thought it would be really difficult and complicated for a woman like me to install. However, I found it was incredibly easy. By following the installation methods shown in the instruction manual and the product link, I got it installed in just 15 minutes. What satisfies me the most are the flame and heating effects of this wall fireplace. The flames are even more beautiful and brighter than those shown in the product video. There are 12 types of flame effects, and the bottom crystals also have 12 different flame - like displays. The brightness and speed can be adjusted, creating a show just like a real - life fireworks display, which is truly elegant and beautiful. Moreover, its heating effect is surprisingly good. About 30 seconds after turning it on, the whole room starts to feel warm. Compared to my first purchase experience, both my daughter and I are very satisfied with this electric fireplace. That's why I'm leaving this review and highly recommending this product. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you choose it. It's also an excellent alternative to those wood - burning fireplaces that kick up dust, produce thick smoke, and pose risks.

I love the color change. I added a few extra crystals into the fire for sparkly effect. The fan and heat work well. This is a small room and it's perfect. The install does require you to remove the glass pane to do the set up, so you Find power button inside top right section under plastic, make sure you have power, test remote remove mount attached to back of TV (silver screws only) Unscrew glass from fireplace, 2 silver screws on each size THEN detach the red plug from the fireplace to the glass Set glass aside carefully, you'll need it last attach frame to wall attach fireplace without glass to the frame on wall attach top of frame to fireplace (two screws) Add crystals into plastic tray inside fireplace Then attach glass slowly, remember to plug the red connection back in, then seal it shut. Install last 2 screws on each side of fireplace Voila The instructions were a little out of order, but not hard. I would say definitely a two person job, takes about 30 minutes to install. Is not loud, but definitely put out some heat. Love the colors.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this unit to replace an old gas furnace but I’m not sure if I’ll need to add one more in order to adequately heat the home through the winter.. i will post an update in a few months. First day with the unit: This fireplace unit was easy to install with the given wall hanger. It would’ve been even better if the wall hanger was appropriately spaced as to accommodate drilling into two studs instead of one, but the hardware it comes with provides a sturdy enough mounting solution as long as you don’t plan on hanging on it. Be aware that the switch to turn it on is located in one of the air vents. This is not mentioned anywhere in the literature and I really had to search for it.. if you think you received a broken unit you probably just have to flip that switch. One minus that I can think of is that you must remove the front glass to install the acrylic fire beads, i guess they’re optional? but I think they should just come pre-installed. Overall, The 36 inch is a good size for me. It functions great and puts out heat the same as the larger sizes. There are so many cool colors to choose from. You can use your remote to toggle between the high heat, low heat, and color settings.

This is the electric fireplace recommended to me by my neighbor.She said that she has already purchased and used this electric fireplace for nearly a year.To be honest, I didn't have high hopes when I bought it, considering its price wasn't expensive. Three days later, I received the package. I asked my younger brother to open it and install this fire places electric fireplace on the newly - bought cabinet in the living room. About 15 minutes after my brother finished the installation, I walked from my room to the living room. To my surprise, the living room had become really warm, a kind of indoor warmth that I rarely felt. It was really impressive! Moreover, the flames of the fireplace on the cabinet were so bright and eye - catching. It could also change colors automatically, which was really beautiful. I'm 100% satisfied with being able to buy such a great product at this price!

The media could not be loaded. Very pretty, easy to set up and install. The heater is very weak though, I have it set up in a 200 sq foot room and it doesn’t heat the room much at all despite saying it should heat a 400 sq foot space. The flames aren’t super realistic but they aren’t terrible. Overall, an ok purchase.
