I started doing my nails before there were nail salons, 45 years ago. Then I started having them done, the reason I've gone back to doing them myself is cost, it was originally $25 and now days can run up to $50. I decided to give this product a try after reading reviews on several brands. I really like how this product works. The product is very clear after all steps are completed. Is not yellowing!! I did add another step prior to using the Primer, Liquid & Powder. I used Karlash Professional Natural Nail Prep Dehydrate, Nails Superior Bonding Primer for Acrylic Powder and Gel Nail Polish Fast Dry Dehydrator Base Varnish Manicure Bonder Liquid. I took a little stiff eye brow brush and blew away ALL excess powder otherwise the brush for the Dipping Base Brush will be a mess and useless for further applications. The Dipping Base Brush needs to be kept clean at all times (no powder on it) or won't work properly. Lesson Learned! Make certain the liquid and powder are completely dry prior to filing. I'm slow at doing my nails. Total time I took was 3 hours (I took several breaks) but that doesn't mean it will take anyone else this long. I also used a nail dryer to dry the nails after each step. The nails in the photo appear to be a little yellow but they aren't. I was using an old desk lamp for lighting. My nails are completely clear except where the original artificial nails have grown out. Also the thumb nail was replaced with a clear artificial nail (not like the others) when it broke. The thumb shows exactly how clear this powder is! I will definitely be purchasing this product again when it runs out. Highly recommended!

So im giving this 5stars solely based on the powder. It is a great powder and for my very first acrylic set, it came out great. I also used this and another product to make my own orange acrylic powder. I will say i tried this product with their monomer and it was very wet so attempt a different monomer to get that perfect ratio of bead . other than that great Acrylic!

This is my favorite clear acrylic. I always come on here for a re-up. I haven’t used any other clear acrylic since I 1st started using this brand. It’s easy to work with and doesn’t take long to dry and it doesn’t dry too fast either.

I have been doing acyrlics for a while and hear me out... this brand worked for me to get to know what I'm doing. I have to say though- its runny and it does leave bubbles. I gave 5 stars to thickness because it makes my nails turn out so thick because of how much Acyrlic I had to use. I tried using less monomer but nothing was working. I just decided to give the Mia Secret a shot and let me tell you- I was so happy how it worked! Karlash is alright for beginners but Mia Secret is the best worth of money. Mia Secret will let you learn how to use acyrlic better too because it's such good quality. I loved Karlash but I'm sorry but Mia Secret now has my heart.

I’ve used acrylic for years but was having trouble with lifting. I bought the dehydrator, bond, liquid, and powder ~ I’m so pleasantly pleased with the results. The product adheres better than any of the “Creative” or “OPI” products I’ve ever used…honestly. The product itself dries extremely clear. I find the strength of the nail is great too. Also, the product odor is actually nice. You don’t get that typical “nail solution” smell.
