Great price + end result, a pain to put together
We really like this. It was a great price but it came in a ton of pieces and took a bit of time to put together but end result was worth it!

Don’t buy it
After installation and attaching the propane tank. Once fully open. I verified no gas leaks. The flame 🔥 appeared. Then disappeared. Check all connections again. Even exchange the brand new propane tank. And STILL NO FLAMES. No smell of propane. GREAT PRICE, SORRY RESULTS!!!!!!! P.S. Return Shipping cost more than the component. You pay for what you get. I CAN’T GIVE IT AWAY 😡

Flame will not stay lit.
Discovered the issue with the flame not staying lit is a faulty thermal coupler. Also not a deal breaker but the door to insert the tank is poorly designed. The door hinges at the bottom due to the angular design of the base. Recommend this door be attached with an all magnetic system. This will allow the ability to insert and remove propane tank without having to straddle the door laying on the ground because of the way the door is hinged.

Roys poor engineering
I like the fire pit however the engineering of the access panel is awful. The panel to install the gas bottle through opens down making it very difficult to install gas bottle. Better magnets to secure the panel would probably be a better fix. Definitely needs revision.
