I purchased this item as a gift for my mother. I got the real one, and was very happy to see that the color on the picture is exactly the color I received. Not all pictures on items always accurately represent the true color of the product, but this item did and I was pleased because my mom was specific about her color preference. It was a nice, clean, undamaged product that arrived on time! As it was a gift, I obviously haven't personally used it, but my mom is very happy with it! She uses it exclusively for cold drinks and has told me it holds the cold temperature of her drink very well and for long periods. The drink spout on the lid doesn't close, but that's not an issue for my mom, who prefers to use straws. (A standard size stainless steel reusable straw fits through the spout perfectly, so she's happy!) So, we're definitely happy with this product, especially for the price! If I decide I want or need a tumbler for myself in the future, I will definitely be purchasing one of these!

Absolutely love these cups! They are 30oz but short like I like my cups so I can fill it all the way up with coffee in the morning with using my pot. They are very will insulated, but what I really like about them is the straws that they came with are metal with rubber tubing at the top; and they also came with a cleaning kit for the straws. I didn't even know that a cleaning kit was included, just a great buy $18 for the set equaling $9 for each cup. You really can't beat the price especially with the free shipping. I will definitely be buying more and gifting them to people throughout this year.

They keep beverages cold for a long time. Geat caspacity for me: Keep iced tea there to drink during the day. Yes they are easy to clean: Thought I would not use the metal straws, but actually they work great and a cleaning instrument for them comes with the set. Definitely worth the money. Well made.

Cups are great. The lid does have the standard opening that works with the included metal straw. Lid does not have a full close option. We used vinyl lettering to personalize. Over all great buy!

I’ve owned a few of these type of tumblers so I feel in comparison it does not keep my drinks cold as long as the other brands I’ve previously purchased. In addition this cost more than my favorite brand even though this particular design was the lowest price option of this cup.

I LOVE this cup! It’s very pretty and sturdy. It keeps my coffee hot for hours, being a preschool teacher, that’s important to me. The lid sets just a little loose but it won’t fall off or anything. I have zero complaints!

Good product great price. It holds the heat for about 6 hours with the lid on. Less if u remove the lid. The lid doesn't look to be dishwasher safe but the cup is. Happy with the product ordered 4 more

These are the best thermos cups you can buy, for this price. It keeps my cold drinks cold, and my hot drinks hot, for more then 8 hours. No matter what the temperature is outside. You want regret purchasing these cups.
