Hello, It took me about 6 hours over 2 days to put up the 300 feet of lights on a 1 story house. The lights work great. I'm very happy with them. I have a couple suggestions: I would wire the lights so that you could have 2 or more continuous strands of lights and also wired so that you can have 2 separate stands. Ship a couple of the clear plastic lenses with the lights. I've lost 2 of them. Don't ship the remote control. The lotus lantern app works great on my android phone. I struggled with both until I stopped using the remote and used the app. Add more documentation on how to use the lotus lantern app. It took some work to figure out the schedule and the play to music parts. My neighbor's are already asking about the lights. I'll make sure and promote you. Thanks

This a great way to decorate one time. They look great, have enough brightness to project. They are super easy to use either with the remote or app. It takes a while to put up, but that’s just the nature of working on roofs, I mostly used the screws, but when needed I used the adhesive pads and those are holding great, through the winter and now the hot weather.

These lights were easy to install and they look ok at night BUT you CANNOT set up any personal light patterns as they advertise. There are basically NO instructions for help either. They say to scan the QR code and download the app, well the just displays “page not found”! I tried emailing for help and did not get much help at all besides telling me to use the remote and when I replied it doesn’t work either they told me to check the remote battery well DUH! I have had 4 different people try to figure this out with the remote or the app I finally found and they were also UNSUCCESSFUL! I VANNIT get any customer service help. This is VERY disappointing! All I can say is DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHT! I did and wasted my time e and money to buy them and still can’t set up personal light patterns. Wish I could return them, they are NOT user friendly!

We bought these lights primarily to use for Christmas lights. They seemed more affordable than other very similar brands. The roof of our house is very tall, so it's great to have "permanent" lights that we don't have to take down every year, especially because I live in the Midwest where the winter months are brutal. My husband did forget to test them before spending an afternoon installing them. When we went to turn them on, we couldn't get them to work . The lights would turn on for a split second and then they would lose power. We figure out it wasn't actually the lights, but rather the power source we were given. I contacted Amazon customer chat which was surprisingly helpful and they got me in touch the seller. Because I already had them installed, they said they would send me a new strip of lights (100 ft) and I could just use that power source plug instead. We received the new lights, and unfortunately the power source they sent us wasn't strong enough. So once again I contacted Amazon. Amazon immediately processed a replacement for the exact same lights I have. They arrived earlier this week and have worked perfectly with the new power source. My kids love that we can change the colors and there are so many options. As far as installation goes, my husband said it was pretty easy. You do have to make sure the surface is cleaned first, but the adhesive sticker seems to be very strong. It was below 0 degrees today and it had snowed many times since installing them and they seem to be holding up to the harsh weather. Connecting to the app was easy and using the app seems fairly intuitive so far. While I had a (hopefully) off experience getting them to work, I have overall been pleased with the quality and options offered with them. It's not often that I have a great customer service experience, but the Amazon reps who helped me were great. I've already recommended these lights to my neighbors and several family members.

I debated what lighting I wanted around the house, glad I picked this one! The brightness is perfect as you can adjust it from your phone without hooking up to the Internet. It really adds the extra bit my house needed to stand out. The quality and weatherproofing of each light is perfect for the unpredictable Florida weather. The first box received was wired incorrectly (blue was red, red was blue, etc) I reached out about the issue and was provided a new set two days later. The lady was extremely easy to speak with, respectful and went above and beyond to make things right. The new one received work perfectly! They are extremely easy to hook up, adjust via the app or remote. I would definitely recommend these!

I love the colors, they are bright and beautiful. There are several different options to choose from and you can even sync it up to music. You can even change how fast or slow the lights blink. My only complaint is you can’t have a single color that just stays solid and doesn’t strobe or flash. It feels kinda like holiday lights and less like every day use but that could also be because I put them up at Christmas time. We put them up using only the adhesive and it’s pretty strong, they are still in place and haven’t fallen. I gave 5 stars because I feel like the good outweighs my iffy feelings.

Easy to install. App is easy to setup and use. They work great until they quit working. I read reviews carefully but maybe they were written hastily. Half of the set didn’t work from the box. The second set worked great for about 3 weeks. The third set just hit delivered but I’m hesitant to hang them. None of the 3 boxes has any of the troubleshooting tips like the tool to replace bulbs or any replacement bulbs. I wish they were actually permanent as described. They could be really nice.
