I purchased the 24v 3000w inverter in April of 2024 and used it sporadically at an off grid cabin. Worked great for about five weekend and then began erroring on startup with an over temp icon. Outside air temp was in the 40s and it ramped up without fans turning on. Likely the temperature probe or control board failed. No response to multiple messages to the seller. I now have a useless inverter and no money to show for it. Would highly recommend purchasing from a different seller/manufacturer. These guys are a joke.

Works well however meter readings at low causing the inverter to turn off to early when battery is at 23v. spec. says 21v disconnect

I bought this pure sine wave inverter to replace my modified sine wave. The modified sine caused my ceiling fan and wall mount heater motors to hum irritatingly. It also burned up a plug in carbon monoxide sensor. my led ceiling lights worked fine but I don't know if they were getting excessively hot. Save yourself the hassle and buy a pure sine wave inverter.

Got a 3000-watt inverter and never used it over 800 watts. The unit broke after 1 year of use. Customer service said they would replace it and never heard from them again. I opened the unit and it is made of cheap parts. Something will break in few months.

I thought I'd give this a shot knowing it is the cheapest inverter out there. It failed to start my 1800W pressure washer even though the max inrush of the machine as measured on my ammeter was 4,700W. This inverter does not have the 6000W surge capability advertised.

The inverter seems to work well power and neutral wise but it shows that I don't have a ground and I don't see any external way to ground it if that's what it needs. We're building a skoolie so I hopefully will get an answer!

Had 2 fail with very sporatic use. Got f08 on both of them. It stated that its over heating with no load on it. Pure junk stay away.
