The media could not be loaded. We just set it up. My video is the first burn. Only 20 screws to assemble it. Easy peasy. Good quality and I think it’s a great looking piece. Heat output is good but none of these tables replace a wood campfire. But 60k BTUs is higher output than most. I like that it came with the glass wind blocker at this price point. Fired right up and the amount of glass stones was just right. It is sturdy and I really like the tiles in the top. Nice look and none were damaged during shipping. I bought a separate cover (Porch Shield brand) that is rainproof and it looks great on it. Reasonably priced cover too. The cover that comes with it is very lightweight material and I read from other reviews that it’s not waterproof. And this is out in the elements so I wanted a nice cover. My wife likes it, so I love it. The instructions were a little vague and I had improvise some. The fasteners and the frame seem a little weak. The parts were identified well. For the most part - it was packed well and protected with styrofoam. There was some slight shipping damage to the top cover. I can beat it out with a hammer but it will not look like a brand new Christmas present. All I care about is my wife is happy despite seeing the exterior damage as soon as the cover is removed. Oh - I went to the local package store (Home Depot) to get more glass stone. There wasn’t enough to cover the burner bar. Of course the new reflective glass doesn’t match the glass stones that came with the unit so there is that - more fodder for your consideration. ... show more

Re-Update: the shattered glass was replaced within a few days along with a 2nd spare glass. Not sure about the quality of the glass, but their customer service is good and the firpit works and looks great! No regrets about the purchase at all! Update: During the first time that we used this, the wind screen shattered on one side. Hot glass literally flew everywhere! I have no explanation as to why this happened. I contacted the seller and they responded within 12 hours and will be sending me a new glass section. This is great, but the way that this glass exploded, it could have caused a really bad problem with burns or cuts. We were lucky but not sure that I want to risk using the wind screen anymore! New: I'm always hesitant every time that I purchase a high ticket item through Amazon, you have no idea what to expect, if it survives shipping and complete. But I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised at this patio firepit. First of all you probably think that I'm crazy buying a firepit in August and in Texas, but I know from last year the prices only go up the closer to winter that you get, so when I saw this large firepit for $300, I decided to go ahead and get it. Several reviews complained about missing pieces, bent/broken parts and a difficult assembly, but I gotta say, it came 3 days earlier than expected completely intact with all required parts. Assembly was fairly easy if you have at least a basic knowledge of tools, I had it together and on the patio in less than 1 hour. A very nice firepit that puts out a good deal of heat. It's a bit taller than I would have wanted, but I guess it has to be in order for the gas tank to fit. My only negative, and this is being picky, is that this comes with a glass wind guard but the instructions don't show or mention it. Pretty simple to figure out though. All in all I'm pretty happy with it and would highly recommend! ... show more

The seller was horrible to deal with. They shipped a defective part. After a few weeks the replacement part arrived but was only half the original part. They wanted me to take apart the old part and build the replacement part. I request a refund and they told me to hire someone to fix it. The fire uses a lot of propane but gives off heat if you are very close to it. It looks nice. But the seller is horrible to deal with and Amazon was no help as it’s not sold by them. ... show more
