My life has truly changed since my Ecomobi MS02-F arrived. I used to have to turn down invitations to go out because I knew my legs wouldn't hold up, but those days are over. I just spent a wonderful afternoon at Bush Gardens, and for the first time in years, I didn't have to worry about where the next bench was. I was able to see all the flowers and hidden paths that I usually have to skip. What makes this scooter special for me: True Independence: I don't have to wait for someone to help me. I can unfold it myself in seconds and I'm ready to roll. Incredible Maneuverability: It handled the winding garden paths and tight corners perfectly. It’s very easy to steer, even in crowded areas. Compact Design: It fits so easily into my trunk. I still have room for groceries or bags alongside it (pic's attached). It’s not just a scooter; it’s the ability to say "yes" to outings again. Be aware scooter may come in two packages. Battery arrived early and carry case was broken in half. Contacted supplier and the following week they sent out a new battery and scooter also arrived. Scooter appears to be of good quality. A little heavier than anticipated but not unmanageable. Seems like battery life is great driven four miles and battery gauge hasn’t moved. Easy to assemble and goes thru grass pretty easily. Don’t think you’ll get 7 mph out of it more like 4-5 mph but happy so far. For the price it’s a good buy. Hope it lasts. ... show more

The scooter is very light to handle however it has a lot of power and is comfortable to ride in and easy to put in a car. there is no assembly and it goes for a long distance. two charge the battery. It is small and easy to carry. I would recommend this Scooter to everyone.

I bought this scooter for my husband Nov 2025 and Feb 2026 the whole battery panel went out and can’t tell if the battery is full or not. I called their customer service (Shirley) and told her the problem. A few days later, the key cylinder keep coming out everytime we take the key out and the whole key cylinder comes with it. Again, I followed it up to see what’s going o. With the service and to tell them about this key cylinder, the response was they are still looking into it. That’s been more than 3 weeks ago. I called customer service multiple times and they told me that they ordered the parts. The question is who’s going to fix it. Today, we went out and about and suddenly the scooter stopped and would not run even though we just charged the battery the night before. My handicap husband has to walk a long ways to get to the car while I was lugging the scooter back to the car. I told them since this is still until the one year warranty, I need to have it replaced. I can’t keep this scooter for my husband if it is not reliable to use. I need an immediate resolution to this matter cause now my husband does not have another scooter to use for his doctors appt etc. I appreciate the manufacturer resolution to this matter ASAP! ... show more

Nice scooter. It has a lot of power. It is easy to operate. The instructions are not that good, it would be nice if it had a parts list and more pictures with instruction. It operates quietly. Would definitely recommend this product. It is too heavy to lift into the trunk of the car.
