The media could not be loaded. When putting this together you have to take off the bottom red part and then click the handle to the bottom piece. Easiest assemble. This scooter is not based on turning the handles but instead of a skateboard type of movement. You have to lean with the turn whichever direction you go. The lights on the wheels turn on when in motion. The scooter can hold easily 140 lbs, but is definitely best for the kiddos. The quality and build is very safe ! She's just learning how to ride a scooter and this lean to steer feature makes it super easy for her to learn how to ride. The base is kind of wide too and not so thin so it's easier for her to stay on without falling off. The handlebar is also adjustable so you can move it up or down to fit them most comfortably. The candy color is so cute since her favorite colors are purple and pink, it's perfect. You can tell that the scooter is built really well bc it feels sturdy enough to last. She rides it everywhere. But when I received this one and open the box I immediately got a strong smell cigarette penetrated through the box.
