Bought this for my mother in-law. Had some problems with the speed control, but got quick response from company, and with a little patience it was all taken care of. Writing this 6 months later, and it is still working great for what we got it for. She uses it indoors only in a large retirement complex and can take care of the charging all by herself. We did disable the backup horn, as it was very annoying to everyone at the retirement home. This also disable the regular horn. For the price I think it is a decent product. I don't know its actual range, but we drove it on level ground for an hour with an adult passenger and it lasted at least that long. I saw some complaints about the scooter quitting when going over rough terrain, but I suspect that those people did not secure the removeable battery properly as this would cause that issue. Scooter folds and seat comes out easily to fit in something like a Rav4. We had difficulty removing the seat post on our particular unit because we could not loosen the height adjusting bolt, and this prevented us from putting it in a mid sized car trunk, but it did fit in the back seat. One person can load and unload it when the battery and seat are removed, but two people would be much easier. Has nice handles on each end to lift from. I was concerned about the tires, as they seem to be more of a soft plastic then a rubber, and something tells me they would wear pretty fast on pavement. Not an issue for our use since it is carpeted every where it will go. They seem to hold up just fine, and no concerns over them going flat. All in all we are quite happy about what we got and the price paid. Made a world of difference for Mom as she had been essentially stuck in her room for a year. She loves it.

Bought this electric scooter for my husband. It is easy to take apart in just a few minutes and can be easily put in the trunk of my car. The battery is long lasting he used it on a cruise and the battery lasted him all day. He would only charge it at night. The size is just perfect to fit into a standard bedroom door. The basket helps with holding his cup, phone, and other important items. He can use this inside or outside. The back up beeper is pretty loud.

Great scooter. Exactly as described. The one thing I would add is it’s not made for a very tall person, I am 5’5”. and I would not think it would be very comfortable for a much taller person. It has a very loud horn and backup sound which is very annoying. However, I love it and it helps me to scoot around my apartment . I was falling too much and this scooter saved me.

Easy to set up. Not to durable however. Currently motor still works but some part broke as when place foot on mat where foot is to go the plastic red part pushes down now on the wheel and make a rubbing noise. difficult to turn whit it now. Basket comes loos all the time and has to be retightened.
