I needed help getting the boxes up to my 3rd floor apartment. Good news is - you can take the pieces one by one if you can’t carry the whole box. Once it’s put together it feels sturdy and well made. There was one screw hole that would not line up but the couch seems fine without it. The seat cushions are a sturdy foam that I imagine will soften over time - the back cushions are more fluffy and pillow like. The arms feel sturdy to lean against. I don’t usually write reviews but, I searched for a month for a couch and this was hands down the best bang for my buck and matches my aesthetic. ... show more

It came in two packages and was easy to assembly - I did it by myself. The color is exactly as the pictures and the fabric is very comfortable. The seat depth is another feature I appreciate, and have already slept on this sofa couple times. On top of that, I love the fact you can easily wash everything. I have had this sofa for about 4 months now and I am very pleased with it. I wanted to wait before leaving a review so I could honestly assess it. The sofa arrived in 2 boxes in 2 separate shipments. After receiving the first shipment, I contacted the seller to inquire about the other shipment. They were very responsive and gave me the tracking info for the other box. I thought I was going to need help putting this together, but I was able to by myself which I found surprising. I just took my time and a couple of rest breaks. I am a 54 year old female and I hate putting things together so If I can do it almost anyone can. I researched sofas for about a year before I finally settled on this one. I was looking for a beige sofa with removable covers and firm seating. I have a bad back and can't use soft sofas with little support. The material is high quality and the cushions were very firm which is what I wanted. I was a little worried they would soften up too much after heavy use but thankfully they have kept their firmness. Just got the couch today and set it up, boxes came a day apart. Good so far! Several screw holes were misaligned or difficult to screw into though - one of the four screws for the back panels just didn't go in so we gave up and left it at 3. Cushions are deep and pretty firm, back cushions are squishy. Fabric is like linen. Will post an update in a few months! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We compared sofas at Amazon and on other furniture sites and are so happy that we bought the Busaurus 3 Seater in green. Many "box" sofas are too small and too short. As you can see in the picture, a 5' 9" person can sit or stretch out on this comfortably. The seat cushions are thick, firm, supportive, but as soft as a memory foam mattress - no sagging. Seat and back cushions have excellent zippers to remove the covers - you will not find this feature at this price point anywhere else - I know, because I looked. The seats are deep with room to spoon with someone. The fabric is sturdy and thick and I love the heathered tweed look which changes the green tone depending on the lighting, so much classier looking than the shiny fake velvet on many box sofas. It looks like the fabric on expensive high end washable sofas. I love the clearance underneath for the robovac to go under it to clean. I love the WOOD legs - not plastic. 100% stable, although I wouldn't encourage kids jumping on it because it might stress the center of the seat where the two halves are joined. It is very stable, but not too heavy. I was impressed to find it has springs in the bottom. I did iron the bottom trim piece under a damp cloth in case the fabric was not ironing safe because that trim piece was packed as a wrinkled ball, not folded, and I didn't have a steamer. The arms are sturdy and I like the tapered design of them, which also gives a tailored and refined distinction setting it apart from cheap sofas with boxy arms. As others mentioned in reviews, the back cushions were kind of soft and saggy when we leaned against them, but I had a genius idea to firm them up. I bought 6 small hard foam children's swimming kickboards and slid 2 in the back of each cushion - even just one made a difference, but I like the extra firmness of 2. This cushion hack elevates this sofa to the Goldilocks level of being just right on all points for value, style, quality, and comfort. I would give an extra star if I could.     • Screw and part misalignment

Spend hours putting the couch together but was unable to complete one of the last steps, inserting the 6 screws in the back, because the screws were poorly aligned and did not fit into the holes. Very disappointed because I was excited to use this new couch.
