I bought the couch and 2 love seats. I received 3 boxes today, 2 boxes carried the love seats. 1 box had the couch seat, bottom and back but the cushions, legs and arm rests are missing. I contacted the seller and waiting to hear back. The love seats were easy to put together, very comfy and firm. But I am put off by the fact parts are missing. However I ordered Black and the box said dark grey and the couch is dark grey. Other than that it’s loved and comfy and I don’t need to worry about the cats ruining it . Worth buying
