I use this for two dogs and for the price, it's hard to beat. The trackers were $10 each, and I pay $13 a month per dog. That's way more affordable than some of those $160 setups that pretty much do the same thing. The app works well, updates in real time, and I can track my dogs even out here in a rural area surrounded by forest. The interface is clean and the accuracy has been solid. Only complaint is the chargers. They're a bit touchy. You have to line things up just right or they won’t charge. A better charging system, like magnetic docks or USB-C, would really improve things. I absolutely love this product! Recently our dog escaped 😭 most horrible experience of my life. He was gone all day I didn't think we'd get him back. Finally someone called and he was returned to me. So I went on the hunt for the perfect gps tracker. I finally found one with a fair amount of reviews so I thought why not. With this tracker I watch from home while my husband takes my baby on a walk. The real time tracking is on point. I can literally walk to my back door as their coming home and see them walking up. I truly have a peace of mind with this product. I'm still trying to figure out how to keep the battery from dying so fast. The monthly fees are not bad at $11 a month for 6 months. Doesn’t work. Won’t hold a charge even one day, meaning it’s useless. Paid for a 2 year subscription for monitoring, which was my bad. If you think this might work for you, I would only do the shortest possible subscription until you see if it will work for you.

The device functions very well, actually better than I expected after I understood the various functions. It accurately tracks my dog's route and overlays it on a map of the area. The routes are cumulative and overlay each other, but you can select a specific time and day to display a particular one. It has a bit of a learning curve and the customer service was outstanding in their explanations. They respond very quickly, within minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Cell phone coverage from my provider goes in and out but the trackers always work. Even if I cannot get my cell phone to work, I can go back to the house and watch where the dogs were and are going. This is my experience, doesn’t mean it’s going to be everyone else’s! I liked this for the idea of it, but you get what you pay for! The Monthly fee is $15.00 to keep up with it, if you’re even a day late it cancels everything! The battery doesn’t hold charge for more than a day or two, it is definitely waterproof though! That’s super nice! You also have to take the rubber case off to be able to charge the device. The app allows you to track in real time which is great and it’s very accurate, I like as well that it plays a noise sound when the dog is nearby ( you have to choose that option in the app)! It was great at first worked every day but once I got into the second month, it stopped working would not link up and be able to be tracked. I did although obtain a two-year free membership with a gold card that was in the box after purchase. That's like a $600 savings.
