A+ for communication, customer service, and follow up. This Nusbay 3-piece Wicker patio set is made with very nice materials. It is sturdy and comfortable. It took about a hour and half to assemble both chairs. The assembly and part assembly was well thought out on these chairs. The click and slide sections were a breeze. The assembly was much easier than most similar items I have put together in the past. The directions are good and everything was marked for ease of assembly. In the hardware kit, they included all tools! The hardware was not cheaply made. The cushions are all made well and seams all good quality. I ordered in the navy, I will say the texture of the color was not what I envisioned, but I don't mind it. The material has more of a denim look and feel. The color of the blue cushions and the brown wicker matches my other patio pieces perfectly. I am very happy with this set. The bottom cushion are thick and the chairs move with ease and do so quietly. The side table is the perfect height and is a nice design. Perfect for holding a drink and my phone. My husband and I look forward to enjoying some spring rock time in them!! Great patio chairs for the price.

The items in person are just as pictured, with a slightly darker shade of beige. The three pieces were very easy to assemble with the incorporated attachment mechanisms and minimal screws. I did the assembly by myself, but it might have been helpful to have a second set of hands to help hold the pieces while hand tightening the screws. We and our family love the look and comfort of sitting in the chairs. With the high quality materials used, these pieces should last quite a while. Very pleased with the purchase.

It's a nice looking set. The glass table looks really well. The chair quality is good. However, it sits really low. So it might be too low if you're taller than 5'10". Assembly was easy, and all the holes aligned.
