I purchased this same set from this same seller almost 2 years ago and had no issues with the chairs, table, or the set up. I recently moved and have a larger outdoor patio now so I decided to buy a second set of these chairs. When building the second chair of the set, I noticed one of the screws wasn’t going all the way in which left this gap between the arm rest and the back of the chair. One thing you should ABSOLUTELY know, is that these are not solid wood and can definitely break easy if handled roughly or not assembled carefully. Given this, I knew that this gap wouldn’t hold the full weight of someone leaning back in the chair. I reached out to their email support and filled out all the info needed for the warranty replacement. I noted that I only need a replacement back piece and arm rest piece. They stated they couldn’t replace just parts 🙄 okay fine, I’ll break the whole thing down and send back the chair and you can send me a replacement chair. They stated I would have to send back the entire SET. 🙄🙄🙄 I’d already built and been using the other chair and table at this point, and it would be more trouble than it’s worth to break it all down, send it all back, and rebuild the whole set JUST to fix an issue with 2 pieces. the only other the offered was a $30 refund to keep the broken chair. The lesson I learned and after having owned the same set for 2 years, they’re great chairs but for the price and hassle of getting a replacement if there’s any issues, it might not be fully worth it. ... show more

This is a very attractive, sturdy set. It looks soooo nice. Very easy 4 just 1 person 2 put 2gether in a very short time. & I have 2 say I was even impressed w/how carefully the company packed the pieces. Looks adorable. Easy to put together. Way to layer on pillows to accessorize and make it your own. Looks like higher quality than price point. Not the most comfortable but it is cute !

I found this very easy to assemble and the completed set is eye pleasing as well as functional. I added a couple of throw pillows to enhance appearance. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Assembly was easy enough. Sturdy wood, doesn't look cheap. Only thing was they aren't comfortable but you can always get different cushions. I did.

For the price, this is a great little set. The cushions are super thin, though, so they’re not comfortable for a long sit. The construction was good and they suited the purpose.
