This chair worked out perfectly for me. It was easily assembled and put to use immediately. I appreciate the versatility of positions and options for massage and heat. The moving parts work separately which makes positioning easy, comfortable, and multi leveled. The massage function has two intensities and three lengths of activity to accommodate the days when you need a little of each to the days when you need a lot. Operation is quiet and offers several types and areas for massage so you can target just what you need. And the heating element is especially welcome on chilly mornings. The chair was very easy to put together. But you have to get the back and the slots just right for them to stay. I love the cupholder on each arm. They really came in handy when I had surgery and could not reach. I usually have my cell phone in one and my drink in the other. So convenientThe only thing I wish is that it had a separate control for the back and the legs. The legs go way up but the back goes way back at the same time. So in order to get into a reclining upright position you have to push the button and your legs go down some. I love the Chenile cover I got the chocolate brown color. I also love how plush and padded the chair is. It was a very good price and I got it in three days. Being an elderly lady I was able to put it together myself. The base is very heavy and the chair is very heavy. I put slides underneath the chair so I can move it around the room if I need to. You have to tip it forward to connect the wires. That was a little difficult having to lift the base with the back on it. There's wires on the back and on the base that need to be connected. ... show more

I ordered two chairs and they arrived on time. I put them both tighter with the help of another person. The first one went fine. The second was a bit rocky. Contacted seller and seller's response was quick. Took the chaor apart and reputable it together and everything was fine. The chairs are very comfortable. The recliners have 0 gravity and I like it a lot. I would recommend these chairs to anyone looking to purchase a reclining chair that lifts and have that 0 gravity and extended recliner. ... show more
