I got this for my office to replace an OG Keurig that has recently been taking so long to brew I lose my patience. This is simple, doesn't take up much space and works fine for my needs. It brews fast...a fraction of the time my old machine took. That makes it worth it for me. It is a bit a pain that the water reservoir is single use for each brew, but at least I know the water is fresh each time I brew. It is cool that it came with it's own pod for loose coffee, so I can save some $ not having to always buy pods. The overall design looks good, my only issue with the materials is the black shiny plastic shows scratches after moderate use. I haven't tried the ice coffee feature or the tea, I just put my coffee in and hit the strong button! Seems a good deal for the price with everything it offers.

It brews fast and the coffee tastes great for a machine in this price range. Setup was simple and it doesn’t take much counter space. The water tank is small, but that’s expected with single-serve machines.

First of all it's compact and easy to use. The water tank in the back is used for "one" cup of coffee at a time, don't fill it up expecting to use it for more than on cup, it might run over. The K pod fits right in and locks like any other maker. Position the cup or glass in the slot to accept the liquid. On the top of the maker lid push one of three options (regular, strong, over ice). The Coffee comes out HOT using any of the three options, and no spills. We like the coffee maker that's been used by use for a couple of decades but now and then we'll use this at home for a change. I think we'll get more use out of it when we travel in our RV, it's quicker and easy. In summary, it does a very good job at what it was made for. Update: Today is 2/3/2026 and time to return expired 2/1/2026, not a big deal it only cost about $40. We have used it VERY sparingly maybe at the most 20 times and now it went south on us. It's really not worth the price even at $10

The media could not be loaded. I really like it because all the ones I've had are only good for coffee, but with this one I can make cold brew coffee and hot tea, and in just a few minutes my favorite drinks are ready.

This compact coffee machine has been very handy for daily use, especially when space is limited. I like that it supports K pods, ground coffee, and even tea, which makes it flexible depending on what I want to brew. The one-touch options for regular, strong, and iced coffee are straightforward, and brewing is fast. From filling the water to having a cup ready, it usually takes under a couple of minutes. Coffee quality is consistent for a single-serve machine. The cup sizes are practical, and the water tank range works well for different preferences. Cleaning is also simple. The self-cleaning function is easy to activate, and the removable parts make maintenance manageable. One downside is the touch buttons. They are not very clicky or responsive, so it is sometimes hard to tell if a button has been pressed. I usually need to apply a bit more pressure to be sure the selection registered. It works fine once you get used to it, but clearer tactile feedback would improve the overall experience. Overall, this is a solid compact coffee maker with good versatility and convenience. With better button feedback, it would be even better for everyday use.
