The product was great for the first 4 uses. Charged great, worked great, etc.. I tried to charge and use today with absolutely no action whatsoever. Completely useless now about 6 months after purchase. Hoping manufacturer is willing to stand behind and replace.

The media could not be loaded. My kids pool is small and not deep. So the lower part of my pool is very difficult to clean. Because the vacuum cleaner need to be submerged to turn on by itself. If any L-bow type nozzle is available, it’s more helpful to me.

Works great. Suction is strong and flow is steady. Easy to put together and long battery life as well. Use of and charging is simple and straightforward to use, so that’s great. Definitely for shallow pools and not deep ones, even with the extender.
