The tank looks clean and sharp right out of the box. The rimless glass gives it a really nice, modern look, and the light is brighter than I expected for a kit. Setup was easy. The filter runs quietly, the heater holds temp without me babysitting it, and all the included media is actually usable. I didn’t have to run back to Amazon to buy “extras,” which was a relief. Once it was up and running, the fun started. It’s the perfect size for shrimp and small fish, and it’s been relaxing to build out the scape and watch everything settle in. Not bad, but the heater goes after a few days and the light isn't really sufficient for tank. Mid quality and functional. Good little tank for a first time aquarium owner or for a fry tank because of the size.
